Had read in some reviews that it was noisy, particularly because of the carpark, however, we thought it was absolutely fine - have actually been in noisier hotels! I suppose just take earplugs in case of any noise if you're a light sleeper. We hired a motorcycle to visit Salento, Valle Del Cocora, Circasia, Filandia and Pereira, so it was great to be able to park it at the hotel. The hotel was in a good, central location, the staff were nice and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The stay could have been 10/10 if the rooms had AC. However, they had a fan for each room, but one of them was extremely loud and the other was silent but didn’t make the room feel that fresh. Even with the minor issues with the fan, we enjoyed and loved our stay. After a while of being in the room with the loud fan, you get used to the noise. Regarding the silent one, we just moved the fan around until its location was the perfect one to make the room feel fresher.

The breakfast was included in the price and it was very complete and delicious. The room was perfect, too

The only issue was that the last day of the stay there was a big group of people getting breakfast and the staff took a while serving all the food due to the amount of waitresses, there were just two. The rest was great.

The hotel was clean and had a a good breakfast. There was one issue and the manager was very responsive and able to address my concerns. I would say this is a great place to stay while visiting Armenia.

Staff was super nice. Allowed us to drop our bags before check in and even gave us free breakfast. There’s someone at the reception 24/7 which is helpful and helped us feel safe. They were even able to call us a taxi at 4 AM! It’s located right across a grocery store which was helpful and 5 minutes from the Armenia Terminal.

Stayed for one night after a long bus ride from Tatacoa. My bus was late so got there about 2am and the check in staff was so friendly and so helpful even at this late hour and with my terrible spanish! Made me feel very welcome. Room was great with an amazing bathroom and hot water which was a treat after spending weeks in dorms and 3 days in the desert. Definitely worth the extra $$ for a night to sleep well and be extra comfy en route to Salento.

Very convenient for the bus terminal via taxi and central to the town. Very clean and modern. Spacious room. Breakfast adequate.

As room was overlooking the road it was noisy but only stayed for one night so acceptable.

Spotlessly clean and peaceful with a very well equipped room super comfortable bed . The breakfast is divine and the staff are so lovely .
