Staff r nice and helpful, they explained all the information u need and u can get bus ticket from them for the airport Close to the bus and tram station to main island of Venice. A small shopping mall, market and restaurants around which can get cheap drinking water (the price of bottle of water in main island r much more higher) and food Room is huge so it suits for family trip and price is cheap

Bit far from the train station, either walk 20-25 mins or take bus. My room was an apartment for 4-5 peoples so it isn't in the main building, we need to take a few walks and carry out luggage by ourselves. Only one small slow lift in that building for one pp plus one luggage each time as the building is old. So either walk up to the 5th floor or wait

Spotlessly clean hotel in a great location with a few bars and restaurants on the square in front of the hotel. The communication from the hotel was excellent, providing information on how to get there by bus, car etc. The hotel is about 20 mins walk from Mestre railway station and there are trains into Venice every few minutes.

I liked that even before our arrival, the hotel sent us detailed information about parking, provided a link to register for free access to the center of Venice, and explained all the options for getting there. I really liked the hotel's location: Mestre turned out to be a very charming town, and the hotel is right in its center, close to shops and cafés, while also offering very convenient connections to the center of Venice. The rooms in the hotel were spacious and well-equipped, and the breakfast was surprisingly varied – like a good buffet. I’d also like to mention the friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent stay – perfect location for visiting Venice without the crowds! We stayed two nights at Hotel Vivit and loved it. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a good mattress, big shower, and a mini fridge. The staff were incredibly friendly. Special thanks to Fridda at reception, who kindly checked us in early when we arrived ahead of schedule from the airport – it really made our day! The breakfast exceeded expectations – even my picky nieces found plenty to enjoy. The buffet had everything: fresh homemade produce, cold meats, cakes, fruit, and more. A perfect start to the day. The hotel is in a great location: just a 10-minute walk to the bus stop that connects you directly to Venice and nearby areas. A very convenient option if you want to explore Venice while avoiding the heavy crowds. You’re also close to a lively neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, cafés, and a shopping centre – ideal for dinner or grabbing snacks. Extra bonus: you can buy your transport tickets for buses and ferries to Venice right at the hotel. Highly recommend for the location, comfort, and outstanding service.

I thought I had booked bed & breakfast but turns out it was only bed so, therefore, cannot comment on the breakfast. We were told it would be €12 each per day if we wanted breakfast but we just went to a nearby cafe. The room, on the very top floor, was so lovely. Large comfortable double bed and overall a very clean and tidy room. There was a safe and a small mini fridge. The bathroom was modern with a shower. The only minor downside was because it was an attic room, the roof was sloped so you’d be slightly hunched to get to the toilet. It was a quiet ish room with only the morning bells to be heard which was not in the least off-putting, quite a nice touch in fact. Staff were polite and helpful. Lift was painfully slow but stairs available if in a hurry.

Nothing was disliked. All good. Would definitely stay there again.

Directions to drop off point were a little confusing. And a suggested pick up point would be recommended as we got turned around in the morning.

We only stayed for one night when our flight was cancelled, arriving after 10pm and leaving by 9am. But we absolutely loved our overnight, we had a triple room and a twin. The triple room was beautiful and had clearly been recently upgraded. The twin room was also very nice and very comfortable. Staff were great, very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful!!! The square seemed lively and we were able to get great pizzas from the pizzeria opposite despite it being late in the evening

The frosted glass door on the shower room led to a lot of hilarity with the kids

So glad we discovered this gem of a hotel! Arriving by car? No problem—the reception team had a garage sorted for us ahead of time, and they even snagged a much better deal than I could find anywhere else. Talk about service! The room was huge, and the beds? Let’s just say we slept like babies—if babies had five-star taste in comfort. Breakfast was a delight, with everything top-notch and delicious. The reception desk staff were absolute rockstars, even helping us plan our Venice trip. They sell bus tickets, and the 4L bus (just a 50-meter stroll away) takes you straight to the Venice bus station. So convenient! Lesson learned: using Mestre as a base for Venice trips is way better (and cheaper) than Lido di Jesolo if you're driving. No pricey boat transfers or complicated BUS+Boat combos—just hop on a bus, and you’re in the heart of Venice. Oh, and visiting Venice in January? Fantastic. Fewer tourists, more room to soak in the beauty, and this hotel made it all so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Since it was chilly, the terrace was closed, which made the breakfast area a bit cozier than usual. Luckily, we picked the perfect dates to stay—fewer guests meant plenty of space to enjoy our morning coffee in peace!

The hotel is based in Venice Mestre, which is an excellent base to visit main lagune. The journey by bus takes about 15-20 min and the bus stop is about 5 min walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is situated in the heart of Mestre, with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops near by. The main square is vibrant and lively yet not too loud (at least in January). Breakfast was superb - good selection of pastries, fruit, cereal but also continental meats/cheeses/hot bacon etc... The room was good sized with comfortable beds. Very clean and spacey shower with free toiletries. If I was to go back, I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing, well maybe the noise from the road sweeper, really early in the morning.

Hotel is located at a very pretty area, in the middle of historical Mestre. Room was well equipped and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was superb, a lot of varieties to chose from. Staff was very polite and helpful, they made us feel welcomed. Parking place was conveniently located, not far from the hotel. The hotel is absolutely charming, it exceeded our expectations and we had a pleasant stay. Thank you for everything.
