We stayed here for just one night, and everything was absolutely perfect — it truly exceeded our expectations. From the warm welcome to the beautiful, spotless room and excellent amenities, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The atmosphere is so relaxing and elegant, and the service was outstanding. It’s honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in — such a lucky find! We only wish we could have stayed longer, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

the building is stunning, little bit posh for our meagre taste,, but the room was huge and the bathroom was massive,,, very comfy bed and even a mini bathe surrounding area is a little walk from the main town but not a deal breaker,,although the restaurant is on site it is In a separate building across the carpark, food was very tasty indeed, breakfast was good tasty and very attentive waiting staff (good coffee)

Beautiful place, with wonderful views towards mountains. We got suite as the last available room and it was huge, with historical ambience yet modern comfort, and lovely terrace to seat down and watch the nature. Breakfast was good, compact but enough of everything and good coffee. The dinner was served in adjusting house where main restaurant is and we enjoyed the quality and selection of food.

Nothing, all was really nice, friendly and smoothly.

The room already seemed a bit like a suite. It had a lot of space and a nice view. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was okay. The surroundings are quiet and you can go for some walks easily. Isny is not far away.

The heating in the bathroom was already turned on and it was a bit hot in the room. We were not able to regulate it.

Nothing says luxury like space - this room was the most spacious and luxurious... It was elegant and extravagant. It had the largest bathroom, and shower that I've ever seen in a hotel room. Location had lots of walks in the local park.

English was a slight barrier but we got by.

The location is breathtaking. The stories about the two castles and the family is so interesting. It was well worth the drive.

I wish we could have taken photos inside the castles.

The reception is almost absent and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is not very warm, impersonal.

Room size was unbelievable, good breakfast, quiet

Spiderwebs on corridor lights, lights working 24/7 in the corridors (not environmental friendly), defective lights (shower, closet and main room)

Absolutely beautiful property in an idyllic location. Very well maintained and a truly amazing place to stay.
