The rooms are very comfortable, very clean, and the hotel is in a great safe area. There is a great children's play area around 10 mins walk away. The rooms are cleaned daily if you want, you can borrow board games and it has a good vibe overall. Amazing value for money. The staff are very approachable and friendly. Good wifi. Smart TV with Netflix. It was quite cold some nights but the room came with a heater so we were very warm

On the booking website says that there is A/C avaliable, but at the end was only a fan, per side that, the breakfast, was limited to a apple juice, a sandwich and a energy bar.... quite poor on that side

I really enjoyed my stay at the host business hotel. 1.The front desk was super helpful, she pointed me to a good currency exchange place 2.the bed was clean, the shower was hot, free shampoos and soap, have fridge, microwave, and a sofa to study 3.they provided free breakfast: sandwich, a protein bar, and juices 4. In the lobby there are free coffee and tea Overall, I really enjoyed my 3 days stay in the host, thank you so much!

These were minor issues for my stay but worth pointing them out: 1. Not very sound proof since I was on the first floor and I also hear people talking from downstairs. 2. For some reason the room felt really cold and there was no heater 3. The building designed in a way that it is hard to have privacy if you don't close the curtain.

The space is modern and cozy and the location is great!

Difficult access if you have more than 5 bags as us we needed to grab them all the way up through the stairs, the tap of the bathroom sink could improve design as soon as you open it it splashed everywhere and last they cleaned the room but with already used mops as all room and floors smelled moist for that day

Room had a cockroach, they took care of it. Bad bathroom design, floors are super slippery, drain doesn't work correctly, hard time regulating hot water. Kitchen has little privacy. They run out of box lunch before 10am. They won't allow you to fill your water bottle, they only provide hot water and charge for regular water. For the price, there are lots of better options nearby. except for one girl, the staff could be friendlier

The staff at the reception was always friendly and eager to help me with any problem i had.

The doors seem a bit thin, it was possible to hear everything that was going on in the stairway. But earplugs solved this issue!

It's an excellent location, you have restaurants, WTC, and many other attractions just around the corner. The place is safe, clean. I'd definitely stay again when I go to Mexico City.

The location was nice, felt safe and lots of things to do in vicinity. The bed was a little hard. The room was a nice size liked that there was a fridge lots of lighting, and hoe the room was able to be separated from the kitchen/ bathroom area.

Didn't really care for the shower area as it smelt like mildew.

There is no elevator, and it was a bit noisy at the beginning of the night from a generator or something similar

It all feels so comfy. I loved that my room had a little garden and everything seemed pretty new. I didn't get to eat at the place at the entrance, but it also seemed nice.

During my only night there, there was a party next door that ended around 3 am. It disturbed a lot of guests.
