Super sweet employees. Got a free upgrade of my room. Great value for money.

I was calling the reception to understand why there was an air sirene two nights ago around midnight. The receptionist was answering that her English was so, so and then pretended she didn't hear me. This was a very unpleasant experience and in big contrast to all the other super sweet working here. I then used my Google Translator to translate my question to Ukrainian. All of a sudden she could perfectly hear what i was saying. One thing is that one person does not have good English, the big problem here is the way she was pretending not to hear me. Very unprofessional!

The size of the rooms differ, based on availability of the rooms I guess? usually ordered single standard, got very small room, which is okay, sometimes got big room with a double bed which was really nice. Rooms were clean, regurarly cleaned. The hotel is really big, sometimes gets really busy as it serves as a business trips hotel I gues... with conferences and stuff.

The parking lot is not free, which is not really a problm, asi it is not expensive, but more annoying, you gotta pay a bill everytime you need to go somehwhere with your car.. another thing is, that If you have a window facing the main street and not the park, the cars and motorcycles will be annyoing, If you wanna have your windows open a bit.

A generously sized room with a very comfortable bed; great location in the city center right next to the drama theatre and a large park; delicious breakfast with lots to choose from; really kind, friendly, and helpful staff. Even though the hotel is only rated as a 3 star hotel, it was as nice as or even nicer than many 4 star hotels I have stayed in in many different countries. It was also very reasonably priced for the high quality!

Everything was great!

Lovely Hotel close to the Old Town. There are supermarkets, ATMs, the Drama Theatre and many bars and cafes nearby. They also sell their own natural cosmetics and local produce. Within walking distance from the Main Railway Station. The staff are excellent and very kind. Obviously due to the war I had some nights disturbed by air raid alerts, but there is an intercom in each room so you don't sleep through it, and the staff are very kind and take you to a safe place. Felt very safe there.

Had a pleasant welcome by the reception staff who were always friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. A great selection of foods at the buffet breakfast. The hotel is only a 10 min walk from the train or bus station and 10 minutes to the main area where there is a great selection of restaurants/bars/cafes. A 30 min leisurely walk brings you to a lake where you can relax..

I couldn't fault my stay at Nadiya Hotel

Everything was great, starting with breakfasts and ending with the staff. clean rooms, good Ukrainian cuisine. everything worked in the room, when the lights went out they turned on the generator. I recommend visiting the hotel, even just for their unique products.

I only have a couple of comments: the shower head cover is a little cracked and there is no bench at the entrance to put on and take off shoes.

My favourite was the hotel restaurant, excellent food, I had my lunches and dinners there too some of the days. The room was specious, shower worked fine, location was great. All lovely indeed and for the price just excellent.

That I got twin beds instead of double, but the room was specious and nice so no problem really.

I liked everything about this hotel. The room was large, comfortable and quiet. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. There is an excellent restaurant and bar with a nice terrace. A small grocery store is located on the premises, which is very convenient. You are immediately close to the old town. English is spoken everywhere in the hotel.

Exceptional service from check in to housekeeping personel. The ladies were fantastic and even gave me extra toilet paper. Really the best service and the best hotel in Ivano-Frankivsk!

Nothing. I loved everything!

The staff were able to upgrade my suite and I'm grateful for the gesture. Despite the difficulties in Ukraine with electricity supply, I could enjoy a warm, clean, and comfy accommodation with solid internet connection.

The only thing that could be better is breakfast. No fresh veggies (except for a salad dressed with oil, which is not the same). Poor variety of cold chops. Hardly any fruit. It's not bad overall and you can definitely find something to eat but it's a bit more difficult if you're looking for a healthy meal.
