WOW!!!! our room was fantastic, absolutely huge, beautifully appointed, classy decor and an amazing view. great shower, good quality toiletries. staff all super helpful, we loved it and would definitely visit again. Possibly the most power points in the right locations I've experienced in a hotel..and we travel a lot!! designed truly with guests convenience in mind!! 100/10
Not a dislike, just a good to point out, we understand this is an older building without a lift, but we managed fine, something to be aware of for other travellers. breakfasts were delicious, very large portions, so we treated it as brunch, but a continental selection would have been a good addition for those who prefer a lighter start to the day. There was nothing we disliked about our stay

Big room, excellent breakfast, really nice bathroom, lovely decor in bar and restaurant , friendly staff , comfy bed, very clean. Free parking in car park opposite hotel.
The hotel system did not show that breakfast was included so I had to show each morning my booking confirmation on booking.com, I messaged the hotel through booking.com to get them to add a comment but this did not show or happen so the next morning I had to explain to the staff member on breakfast that it was included on my booking, I did not like having to explain. Our room was not one of the ones that had been renovated so there were scuffs in the paint in places.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the location was perfect for my trip and the view was wonderful. I ate one evening meal in the restaurant, and the food was very good. I was staying through storm Éowyn, my room shook in the wind, but the windows didn't. I never felt any draft despite the 90mph gusts.
The building is showing its age a little, but that wasn't unexpected. It was not a problem m for me, but room access was all via steep stairs and that could pose a challenge for some guests.

Comfortable room with cleaning and refreshment of drinks daily. Bed was lovely. Steve and the staff friendly and helpful. Lovely sea view out of the bedroom window . Close to the marina, shops and transport. Good quality food served all day.
It was difficult to close the big curtains. They need to be rehung with a better free flowing curtain track. The TV connection was loose and needs to be replaced. It will be a challenge to clean the recent pigeon poo off the window as it is so high up but necessary it is done ASAP I think.

Updating upstairs.... but our beds and bedding were comfy... has a lovely sleep...meet and greet at reception lovely warm welcome....
Clean room and clean towels both days... would of been nice to have bed made for the price.... fire exit door a bit off putting with the shattered glass door... I think iv wrote this the wrong way round ... as like and didn't like ... sori....

The location is absolutely spot on as the view from the rooms at the front of the building over the harbour and sea are spectacular. Evening Supper Menu was good value for money. Loved the new refurbished room but a bit difficult getting to top floor.
I would have appreciated something plainer on the menu for breakfast ie egg on toast. The climb to top floor was difficult for me so can't wait for lower floor rooms to be refurbished.

Lovely room and location was great for what we needed. Staff were really welcoming and friendly. Excellent breakfast choice and food was amazing. Good size of room and view over Belfast Lough and the marina. Great value for money.
The only thing was the shower wasn't great - not very powerful and could have been hotter but it wouldn't stop us coming back.

Beautiful rooms with a great view, and the breakfast was incredible, especially the sausage and bacon, I think it was called the Nines breakfast.
The staff were showing a lot of tatoos and percings which I personally don't really like, but they were very friendly and good at there Jobs.

Good choice available on the breakfast menu. Full fry was very tasty as were the panckes with bacon and maple syrup. We also had dinner on both nights and food is amazing. However tops marks go to the staff, they were all so friendly, helpfull and cheerfull.

Staff are super lovely and the food was incredible. Location is perfect and the refurbishment has the place looking great 👍
Rooms are basic for the price especially when breakfast isn't included. Very noisy heating woke us both at 6am and made noise until 6.30.
