It's a cute apartment with everything included communication with staff was great location is absolutely great very tranquil and peaceful had everything thing one can need good bath/shower kitchenette and private loved it bed was comfy pillows were absolutely great thank you looking forward to come again towels were provided for the whole stay which is fantastic thank you

Well all was good but maybe give it some maintenance and a better clean up there were webs at the lights and window wasn't really clean but maybe I am a clean freak please take bit care cause it's a shame to let it go

Definitely recommendable! We stayed for a long weekend in one of the simple but nice apartments on the top floor and were pleasantly surprised. Everything we needed was there in the flat. The staff at Stayci were super friendly in answering questions (via booking messages) and finding solutions. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot. Finding a parking space was no problem. (But the parking fees are quite high. It is therefore highly recommended that you use one of the surrounding car parks. Or, if possible, travel by train, Central Station is close by...)

Great value for money if you will be travelling most of the time and just crashing at night. Easy to heat the rooms if needed. Good shower pressure. Highly convenient location, pretty much a straight walk from Rotterdam Centraal Station.

The TV is quite outdated and could not handle functions such as casting. The drainage in the shower was quite poor.

The location is perfect as it is very close to metro and tram lines and walking distance to Central station. Hosts were fast to fix any issues we had with the apartment and helped when there were problems.

Great location! First time for us visiting Rotterdam, plenty of attractions and restaurants close by, whilst we were on a higher floor we still had peace and quiet. Spacious apartment with all amenities needed for a short stay in the city. Bonus of a bathtub and also washing machine and dryer in hallway, which were all very appreciated for a stay with little people! Stellar customer service & communication regarding digital entry to property. Definitely would recommend and return!

You get an email with digital keys, very user friendly. Apartment is big, and very nicely furnished. Location is absolutely amazing.

Some small things could be improved: provide soap in the bathroom, fix the bathroom handle (already mentioned in other reviews), fix the curtains in the living room which are partially detached.

The location of the apartment was fantastic. Very easy to walk to lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and the main train station. Also easy access to tram stops near by. The apartment was clean, and had everything we needed for a short stay. The stairs are very steep, fine if you are mobile, but difficult to pull big suitcases up.

The shower was a little broken, just shooting out in a jet, and not able to be changed to a different stream, and the shower leaked on the bathroom floor.

The apartment was very clean and modern inside. Plenty of room. The location in Central Rotterdam was superb! Close to Old and New Binnenweg and Wittestraat areas packed with bars and restaurants. Not far from Centraal Station, the Market Hall and the Cube Houses.

It wasn't anybodies fault but it got a bit humid at night due to the freakish hot weather during our stay. The stairs were a bit of a climb but you do have to expect that in the Netherlands. My friend and I were OK because we're both able bodied.

Great location near to supermarkets, restaurants, bars and centrum. The apartment was very well equipped to cook, the staff is very friendly and they response very quickly. The view is very pretty. The appartment in general is very confortable.

If you are a person that need total silence to sleep this is not the best place for you, is an old typical building so there’s not sound isolation. A very deep cleaning of the common areas and appartments it’s needed (not just the regular one after the check out)

Amazing, size, condition and location. Balcony was great with a nice view. Sofa bed was good quality. Staff at stayci were also very helpful.

Nothing. Only frustrating thing was what sounded like workmen renovating the flat above until nearly midnight. Haven’t marked them down though as might not have been aware.
