I absolutely love this hotel this my favorite place to stay in Charleston. The eye catching designs of the exterior speak for itself of the comfort and luxuries you have walking through the door..You have a choice of different room styles, my personal favorite is the one with a fireplace, the bedrooms are very spacious, as well as a fully equipped up to date modern kitchen to cook for entire family. They have a great outside area as well with plenty of seating to entertain on a chilly night sitting around roasting marshmallows.

I don't like that breakfast ends at 9:00 I think it should definitely be till 10:00 during the week and 11:00 on the weekends.

Location was close to the airport, we did not experience any traffic delays to reach it. Breakfast was very nice. I enjoyed the eggs & I'm sure people that eat meat enjoyed the options with meat (I'm not a meat-eater) but love the option for waffles and the other items that were offered. I'm very sorry I did not have time to explore the exercise room or pool but both of those areas looked nice from the doorways. Staff was excellent. Room was clean and spacious.

TV's in general these days are too complicated for me. I did not want to try to access channels through my home accounts.

The location was wonderful and the staff was so nice. We stayed in the king room with the kitchen and living room attachment and it was so clean. The view of the pool was an awesome touch. The bed was so comfortable!!!

I loved the bed and the pillows. The entire room felt so glamorous, the lighting truly elevated our entire room. The bathroom was so spacious and the vanity area was perfect for us to share. The kitchen was very clean as well.

The location was great. The complimentary breakfast was good.

My handicap room downstairs close to the exit door had a stale smell. Also the toilet over flooded during my stay. The staff were very friendly and did what they could. Other than that, everything was ok.

Everything was fantastic and the people made it better. This is a very friendly and customer centric property.

The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better with a bit of sticky kitchen floor and the toilet was not good at all.

Proximity to the convention center was great. The courtyard was a perfect place to gather with friends also staying at this location in the evenings.

Breakfast could have had a few more options or changed things up sometimes.

Air conditioner didn't work in the room we first checked in to and we had to move to a new room. Staff did everything possible to help with the situation!

The property was very convenient to restaurants shopping. Generally a room was clean and comfortable very reasonable price for a decent room.

Killed a couple roaches in the bathroom. Totally turned my wife off from what would’ve been a lovely stay.

Management (D. Johnson) and others were very helpful with our wedding anniversary. They made our stay great by assisting with direction about dining choices and place to make the visit more enjoyable.

we arrived a little before 1:00pm lady at desk said she would call us when a room comes available.. need to say we went back about 3:30 and watched them check in 3 people without calling us.. yes we had reservations way in advance. so fyi if they say they will call you stay in lobby and keep checking on available rooms..
