Comfortable room and King bed. Nice lobby and clean updated facilities throughout. The pictures listed on the site rang true, everything was as pictured. Didn’t get to partake but the indoor heated pool was a nice touch. Easy FREE parking next door and I liked having a couple of restaurants nearby in a pinch. Stayed two nights for a wedding and loved how convenient and close it was to everything in town. Cultural district 5 min away, Magnolia area was 5 min away, Sundance Square was 7 min away, TCU area was 7 min away. Will no doubt stay here again when we are in town next.

Not any real view to speak of, but not my main concern on this trip and the pluses far outweighed this one negative.

Clean stay, good location to all the medical area. Front desk help was very nice. Breakfast looked decent, it's extra.

The work-out room A/C was broken. They sent maintenance man for a minute, he said he 'reset' it in 1 min and left. never checked back in. The heater was stuck on high and temp rose to 87 degrees for 2 days until we left. Pool has neat kids area, not all of the kiddie fun fountains are working.

While the hotel, amenities, and location were all excellent, the staff set this hotel apart. Every interaction we had with staff, from housekeeping to the front desk, was all friendly and personable, and they went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. My family and I will certainly be back at this hotel when we are in the Forth Worth area.

Great atmosphere and beautiful outside decor with such an attention to detail amongst the greenery.

Parking was extra, but that’s typical in a city. To me just add it to the original booking price.

Everything was really amazing. Clean rooms and facilities. Friendly staff. Pets allowed. The pool area is safe and really fun for kids, not mentioned it’s heated and 38 degrees outside. Fire places are going in the lobby. We loved it here!!

Indoor pool is amazing!! My kids loved it and it’s heated. Staff were great!! Location is perfect to visit Fort Worth attractions.

Breakfast buffet was expensive and wasn’t great.

We stayed just one night to watch the Rangers play in the World Series. The drive to the ballpark was easy. There was a parking garage available. The breakfast looked wonderful. The hotel was conveniently located and safe for our family.

Nice facilities, staff were great and everything was clean. We came for the pool (great for kids) and the fact that it is near doctors and entertainment.

We were here because of a family member in the hospital the staff was friendly and helpful. When the other person got out of the hospital the staff without asking went ahead and moved us to a handicap room without even being asked.

Breakfast was adequate. Staff was helpful. I appreciate the walk-in shower as opposed to a shower in a bath tub. Pool was quite nice.

I am confined to a powered wheelchair. Both elevator doors were dangerously difficult to enter without closing on me and the chair. Minor issue: the coffee maker in our room, 335, was broken.
