Best B&B I’ve ever been to. Lynne and Darrell greeted us at our arrival with some homemade cookies and we already knew that it was the beginning of an amazing week. Everything was clean, the room and bathroom were fully stocked with essentials and more, the breakfasts were generous, homemade and delicious (and changed everyday too!!), and Lynne made sure to give us some personalized recommendations for the whole island of PEI. The hosts made themselves available if we needed anything at all times. I would come back in a heartbeat and recommend this B&B without any hesitation.

What a great experience we had with Lynne and Darrell! They are warm and welcoming and had great tips that helped us make the most of our visit (we didn’t make it to Greenwich this trip but we will be back!). The house is close to Summerside but on a quiet road away from the town on a beautiful property. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. We appreciated having a fridge in the room - as well as paper plates, napkins, etc. so we could eat leftovers. I made use of the tub a couple of times for baths and found it very comfortable. Darrell’s breakfasts were quite simply amazing and so were the welcome cookies! I celebrated my birthday there and when they found out, they went above and beyond to make it a special day! My husband and I are already planning a return trip to PEI and we will definitely stay at Baker Shore again! I should mention that I never heard the dogs barking, though I did see them playing in the backyard once. It was a very quiet place to sleep!

Darrell and Lynne were the perfect hosts for our short stay in PEI. We received a very warm welcome once we arrived, and to our surprise got upgraded to a bigger room. The room was spotless, had very cozy furniture and a humming bird feeder right in front of the window (these birds are super cute and visit frequently). On top of all, every morning started with a fantastically flavourful breakfast, freshly prepared by Darrell. During breakfast we also had the opportunity to get to know our hosts a bit better. They also provided us with priceless tips on where to go on PEI, so we could make the most of our limited time. We will most certainly stay at Baker Shore B+B again! Thanks Darrell and Lynne.

Two nights spent at this B&B - our spacious room was very comfy, good wifi, amazing breakfast and lots of travel information. These hosts have thought of everything and run a well organized and friendly accommodation. When we arrived on the island we didn’t have travel plans for the week. Lynne was able to expertly direct our plans and provide us with all the brochures and maps needed to guide our travels. She even made us a hand-written list that we referred to as “Lynne’s List” all week. Have visited hundreds of B&Bs and highly recommend this one for PEI tourists and locals looking for a break-away.

The hosts were excellent. Very friendly and welcoming . Everything was immaculate in the house and our room. The yard was beautiful and well maintained. Our room had so many wonderful extras like beautiful white robes and slippers,homemade cookies in our room upon arrival, chocolate left on our night stand at night, fridge stocked with water and a basket of snacks. The breakfasts were excellent. Darrell is a great cook. Our daughter was staying in another B&B down the road that didn’t provide breakfast so Lynne& Darrell invited her to join us for breakfast at their place. We were so grateful as we only had a limited few days to spend with her. The bed was super comfy and the air conditioner was great. This was by far the best B&B that we have ever stayed in and we hope to be able to return someday as our stay was too short. They set the bar pretty high and other B&B’s could learn a lot from them. We didn’t like the fact that we only got to stay in this wonderful B&B for 2 days.

What is not to like? Incredibly reasonably priced, the value you get can surprise you. Upon arrival, ring the bell to be greated by hosts,Lynne or Daryl. After the initial greeting and tour, you are immediately given the impression this will not be an ordinaryB&B experience. Without giving away too much…. I can only say ,be prepared for extraordinary attention, courteousness and genuine interest in making your stay truly amazing. Expect to be guided to the best spots in PEI by Lynne, whose knowledge of the island is unbeatable. Expect Daryl to serve a « killer » breakfast that will get you through until tea time at two. ;). Enjoy the care and atmosphere of this outstanding property. If you are privileged to be a guest here, I am truly looking forward to what others experience here too. 5 stars all the way!! Everything was incredible!

Our stay at Baker Shore BNB was the best stay in our whole 2 week trip in the East Coast. All the thoughtful little details went above and beyond our expectations including: delicious breakfast, robe + slippers in the room, cookies and snacks in the room, hummingbird feeder on the window, Darryl + Lynne providing us a packed beach bag with chairs + beach towels when they heard we planned to go to the beach that day. I could go on and on. Darryl and Lynne are incredible hosts and they run an incredible BNB.

Truly nothing. Everything was perfect.

The location is convenient to Summerside and many other points of interest. The room is comfortable and has every possible thing you might need. Most important, our hosts Lynne and Darrell were welcoming and attentive in making our stay relaxed and friendly. Darrell’s breakfasts are delicious. The gluten free Belgian waffle and fluffy pancakes were the best I’ve ever had.

There is nothing to dislike about this B & B! You couldn’t possibly want anything more!

Not much we didn't like! The room was spotless and very cozy with so many little thoughtful touches. The hosts were very personable, and Lynne was so helpful in providing some suggestions on things to do in the area. She was very informative and seemed to know every corner of the island. And Darrells breakfasts were delicious.

If I had to say anything, it would be that the rooms were very close together and you could hear folks coming and going. But that is to be expected.

Staying with Lynne and Darrell was a REAL B&B experience. They are great and welcoming hosts. The house is a gem- very tastefully decorated and immaculate clean. The room was equipped with many amenities and immaculate clean, too. As we were there on Canada day, we had a basket with branded items for celebration in our room. Each afternoon there were freshly baked cookies and the breakfast was really great. At anytime there is free coffee and tea in the kitchen. Nice to sit on the veranda and watch the tame hummingbirds. Just a 5 minute drive to Summerside and centrally located to explore PEI. This was the best B&B experience on our trip. Thanks Darrell & Lynne

Just a very small matter: Outside of the house you can hear the street (1A) but inside the house it is perfectly quiet
