The staff were smiling and welcoming. Room even better as we were upgraded. What's more, the price and breakfast included are very affordable. The location was ideal.

The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. They replied to every message I received before arrival and arranged for us to be transported to our accommodation. The accommodation is in a great location close to all attractions. There is no need for public transport because you can walk through everything. We also had a large balcony with a very nice view of the city. I recommend this accommodation to everyone and I will be happy to come back here if I come to Prague again.

We like the breakfast, the room it was comfortable and the location it was wonderful. If I had a chose , I would have chosen the toilet with a shower cabin and not a separate one.

This is a clean, quiet hotel with excellent staff and a wonderful breakfast (plentiful, varied, everything you could want, and constantly replenished). Guests come from all over the world. Everyone here is friendly and professional. They deserve it. Languages spoken at the hotel: Czech, English, Russian, Ukrainian, Belarusian. That's good! If you want to smoke on your own balcony, choose one of the suites with a balcony. (5th floor) The hotel staff just do their job, there is no unnecessary polite conversation, thank God, I really appreciate that. But the staff are attentive and support you in everything, which is a great pleasure. The staff at the Andante Hotel were the best I've had in recent years! Use this app: Pid Litacka (you can also park with it, not just buy a pass). The city is well organized and safe, and surprisingly clean. Please take care of Prague's cleanliness and values! We booked this hotel as we had a conference in Prague. The location was a high priority for us and so was the price. We didn't have high expectations based on other reviews but were pleasantly surprised. The hotel turned out to be a great choice, with a nice and spacious room, a simple yet lovely breakfast and friendly staff. We stayed for 5 nights and didn't have any problem. If you are looking for a fancy hotel, a diverse breakfast or something extra, this isn't the hotel for you. But if you want a nice place to stay at a great location, this hotel is fantastic.

We had a few points of feedback that can help you decide if this hotel is for you: If you have any noise sensitivity, this hotel might be an issue. The walls don't isolate sound, not from your neighbors in the nearby rooms and not from the street. Personally we have no issue with some noise so that wasn't a cause of complaint. The hotel doesn't offer room service unless you explicitly ask for it. We stayed for 5 nights and unless we asked, no one cleaned our room, changed towels or even toilet paper. But if you tell them, they will do so. As coffee drinkers, we enjoyed the instant coffee in the room much more than the coffee at breakfast, which was below average. So our tip to the hotel is - upgrade your beans and machine.

Very friendly staff. I need to mention that Jaroslav (Jerry) was such an amazing staff. He cared about us and was very willing to help. He also gave some wonderful suggestions for places to eat and visit and we absolutely loved his recommendations. Also enjoyed the food. The kitchen staff were very pleasant and made sure nothing was empty in the buffet tray - it was constantly refilled. The water pressure was perfect and hot! It’s also right in the shopping district but very quiet.

The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to access many attractions in the main city center. Public transport is also close. You can easily walk to various shops, restaurants, and attractions. We enjoyed the breakfast, which was very good, especaiall the crepes. The room is simple but meets our expectations, and the staff is very helpful.

The staff was welcoming and helpful, making our stay pleasant. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it comfortable even for longer stays. The TV had only YouTube, but the room included a refrigerator, mini bar service, hair dryer, kettle, towels, glasses, and cups. The bathroom was spotless, with hot water readily available, and the room remained warm throughout our stay. The internet connection was decent. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. Free water, coffee, and tea were available at the reception, which operates 24/7. The hotel's location is fantastic—many attractions are within walking distance, public transportation is just a five-minute walk away, and the train station is about ten minutes on foot. Despite being centrally located, the hotel is on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay. While not everything was perfect, the thoughtful and aesthetically pleasing décor added to the overall experience. A personal message from the management in the room was a nice touch. Given the quality of service and amenities, the hotel is well worth its price.

There was only one thing I didn't like. The reception had a very strong room scent. I understand that a pleasant smell is important in hotels, but I think it doesn't need to be so overpowering. One morning, I went down to the reception early for a meeting to avoid waking my husband. Despite staying for only 15 minutes, the smell lingered on my clothes. This is an important issue for people like me who have migraines and a sensitivity to scents. That would be great if you could reduce it.

Clean rooms, good breakfast with plenty of options (though items run out quickly, staff refills them fast), spacious and decently equipped rooms. Very comfortable beds; but pillow comfort may vary depending on personal preference.

The dining area is small, so it can get crowded when the place is full — still, we (a group of 4) always managed to find a table. The front door feels a bit flimsy, and you only get one key.

Wonderful location, staff was super accommodating and kind. The breakfast each morning was lovely and such a treat. Our room bed was comfortable, the room was nicely appointed. The TV was a smart tv, which I like as I prefer to use our streaming services when traveling.
