This was our second visit to this hotel, which is located about two blocks from the Plaza or Plazuela Machado. It is conveniently close to all the restaurants and shops in the area. The hotel staff was outstanding, providing attentive service from the receptionist and diligent care from Maria Luisa, who handled the cleaning. The café offered a delightful selection of items, and the staff ensured prompt and efficient service.

Room 219 experienced issues with the hot water. Although maintenance was able to fix the problem during their visit, it stopped working again by the next morning, leading to a total of four days without hot water. On a positive note, Room 220 had no issues and received no complaints. It may be helpful to look into a more permanent solution for Room 219 to ensure a consistent hot water supply for future guests. I was disappointed to find that the patio was no longer available at this hotel. Sometimes you just want to escape the confines of your room and enjoy some fresh air.

The room was near the elevator and stairway. Drinking water daily and a single serving coffee maker in the room. Nice city view. Ample plug-ins. Comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. Room safe. Great water pressure. Walking distance to many great cafes and restaurants. There are plenty of galleries and activities within a few km.

Loud street noise with many drivers honking due to being impatient. It's the Mexican way. Please bring your ear plugs for a great sleep!

Perfect location in the middle of the beautiful Centro historical district!

Very minor complaint, but it would have been handy to have a bureau with drawers and a comfortable chair in our bedroom. During a 10 day visit, it was difficult to keep our clothing stored and organized.

The Gamma Mazatlan was in a very walkable district with restaurants and galleries everywhere. The beach was just a few blocks down the street! The restaurant on the first level serves a delicious breakfast buffet.

The wifi connectivity was spotty.

Really loved the new parking arrangements We stay there multiple times a year and at least once a year I bring approximately 30 people with me and I'm really happy for the new arrangements.. Period.

Also, your bonus question keeps giving me an extra bonus question and then another bonus question which I do not appreciate. Asking if I would like to complete a survey would be much more appreciate it

Perfect area for this side of Mazatlán because you are in the center where the best bars, clubs, and restaurants are located.

Staff gets started pretty early so I woke to them talking but I’m a very light sleeper so I don’t hold that against them.

Central location and the kind staff.

We had to ask for in room coffee daily when it should have been supplied automatically. Towels were rough and in short supply. The concierge was useless and there were no brochures etc about tours. The whole place seemed a little shabby. Functional, but shabby.

Location was excellent.

I read a lot of reviews to try and find a good place with no weird smells. Chose this one even though it was more basic because is sounds quiet and clean. But every time we returned to our room it smelled of pee. Fortunately after 45 min or so the smell either faded or we got accustomed to it.

The hotel is in a fabulous location. Two blocks to the beach/Malecon & a block to the historic Plaza Machado. The room was very quiet, we had a room facing the courtyard. Great A/C & the beds were comfortable.

The view out of our room was of a wall. However, that is what made it so quiet. We were there for the hotel location not the room view.

Every member of the staff that we spoke to was exceptionally friendly and helpful. When we needed something, the response was surprisingly quick!

Elevator was out of service for several hours one day. Aside from that, everything went very well! Thank you!
