The view from 7th floor, we liked the fact it had a pool although very cold. Staff were very friendly

Swimming pool was very cold, smell in the bathroom from the canals wasn't pleasant at all. The hallway carpet is in very bad shape but luckily this didn't reflect on the room

Amazing rooms at a great price. We booked this very last minute and we were amazed at what we got for the price we paid. The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were excellent both bedrooms were very well presented so was the living area. The bathroom was spacious with its own shower and spa bath. The kids loved the swimming pool. We were sad that we could only stay 1 night. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to chiang mai.

Nothing every was perfect

I had it for 800 Baht per night the suite. This price was amazing. Staff trained. Helpful parking lot security.

I asked for extention but they didnt want it for the same price. In a living room there was a sofa. I was afraid to touch it. It was dirty, no sheets on the sofa. Better no sofa than dirty one.

It was such a pleasant stay for us! The unit was spacious, clean, and had everything that we needed to have a comfortable stay. The staff were accommodating and the process to check in and out of the hotel was hassle free. Will definitely come back here again to this splendid place. Such good value for money. Thank you. 😊

Good location for us. Good for people with car. The room was big, big bathroom. Bed was soft!

The carpet in the hallways was really dirty. The room was good, but some more and better furniture would be nice.

Friendly and central

A bad smell coming through the air-conditioning on our last day, the shower kept dripping and no flyscreen on the sliding door

Front desk staff were all super helpful, especially for requests I had that were outside of checking in/out. Several of them spoke excellent English and those that didn't still tried to communicate and were helpful as well. The location was good for me because I needed to use the China visa application office around the corner. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very good value for money.

The room was fantastic, best shower ever and really comfy bed. Location ideal just off the main highway around Chiang Mai. If you don’t need to go into town I would stay here

Weird facilities downstairs. Sell beer but won’t give you a glass. Can sit outside by the pool but won’t put any lights on. Stopped serving beer at 9pm. Restaurant and bar all closed?

Great value for money. Easy access, good location if you have your own car anyhow there are taxi. Few small good cafe’s around
