The location was great, the rooms were spacious, and the market in the hotel was perfect. Every staff member we encountered was beyond friendly, and so very helpful!

We were slightly turned off by the candy and old pasta noodles we found on the floor when we arrived. I think it could have been cleaner.

We were extremely happy with our accommodation with the large clean room. The staff were very friendly and helpful with our 9 nights stay. When we ask questions about anything they will willing to help immediately. Great location and we felt very comfortable and safe. Easy walk to Disneyland even though it was crowded some days it didn’t stop us from having the best time there. We were so pleased to book with you and would do so in future. Thank you!

We like everything about your hotel. The pool was well set up for the children, plenty of space to walk around with clean refreshing gardens. Also your souvenir shop was handy for snacks and the last minute things to take back to Australia with us. We went over to the hotel across the street and had delicious healthy meal. And walking to Disneyland was wonderful and so close! Thank you for making our holiday wonderful!

The ladies at the front desk were super helpful. I loved that they did stroller drop off and pick up and held it in the lobby for me. The water park, hot tub and pool were a bonus; although we only got to use them the first day. Close walking distance to Disneyland entrance. The smoking area on site was nice, so I didn't have to go to the road. It was very clean and the housekeeping crew were on top of everything. I was offered and approved for a late check out at 1pm and it was accepted for a fee of $30 USD. It was worth it, as our flight didn't leave until 4 pm. McDonald's is a short walk down the road.

A breakfast place would have been a nice bonus. Or a continental breakfast offer would have been nice.

Location and layout of family suite with two bathrooms. Maintenance was quick to respond when we had a couple of issues.

The beds were firm and housekeeping could be better. A wash cloth was left under the sink where we stacked all wet items, moleskin that had come off during showering was left in soap tray in tub area (we had left it by mistake), and carpet didn't get vacuumed. It seemed the only things done were changing the sheets and emptying the trash.

Cathy at the front desk was absolutely amazing. I can't sing her praises loud enough. She was friendly, helpful, accommodating, and just incredibly pleasant. My whole family loved her. The cleaning ladies were also awesome! Loved that the property was a short walk away from Disney. We were able to take a break from Disneyland in the middle of the day for some time at the splash pad and pool before returning. We could also see the fireworks from our room in Building 1.

2nd elevator was put of service for our entire 3 day staff - made things a little congested. The shower needs a little maintenance tlc.

The hotel is located very close to Disneyland, about a 10 minute walk. That was very convenient. Our kids really liked the pool area, although the only thing adults could utilize in the pool area would be the hot tub.

We had to pay to park at the hotel. I thought that would have been included in the price of the room. Also, the pool area could have been better. There isn't really a pool, just a hot tub (which is big) and really shallow water around water slides. Also, the water around the water slides was very cold. It felt like hose water. And, it would have been nice if there was a continental breakfast, especially before spending all day at Disneyland.

Distance to Disneyland, friendly staff.

Bath didn’t work only shower and shower head was super dirty. Bathroom didn’t have a fan and smelled a little of mildew.

The beds are comfortable, the maids are very nice and polite.

The water park is for 6 and under. No breakfast, coffee.

Hotel staff was very pleasant & attentive! Everything from check-in, replacing torn pool wristbands, to inquiries regarding close-out billing were handled in quick, efficient, & thoroughly informative manners! Rooms were clean, view of the parks/fireworks from Building 1 were wonderful! Pools facilities were clean & well stocked with towels. 8-10 min walking distance to nearby restaurants & Disney Parks depending on traffic. Would definitely stay again!

We were on the 7th floor so the blackout curtains only do so much if you don’t want to wake up early for Rope Drop lol! There are vaulted ceilings with sky windows on the 7th floor that let the morning light in, so if you want to sleep in… request floors 1-6 in advance. Also, it may be because of how high we were from the water heaters, but the shower water did not get hot at all (lukewarm at best). Minor inconveniences.
