The staff was great. There was a mix up with the booking. Booking.com had us staying from the 11th to the 12th and although the error was caught in advance there was no way to correct the error through booking.com.I have appealed the charge through my credit card company but the Hampton folks were very helpful. The facilities were great also.

If you had coffee available, (free to the guests) that would have been much appreciated. I know at most other hotels that is the case and in making my choice as to where to stay, that may be the consideration that effects my decision. It's a small thing that makes a big impact.

The facility appeared clean and breakfast offered plenty of options. The location was great as well. The rates were pretty decent.

I was surprised when I asked the front desk for extra towels and wash cloths, I was asked to turn in my old ones instead of being asked my room number. I'm used to hotels bringing these items directly to my room. Also, I requested a first floor room and received an email stating that would be accommodated but it was not.

Clean, comfortable room. My room faced the rear of the property and it was quiet - no road noise. Good breakfast options. Room rate was cheaper than another Hampton approx 8 miles away that I usually stay at when I journey from central PA to NJ

Even with my GPS I got a little lost trying to get back on the NJ turnpike but eventually found my way without too much hassle

We're very pleased with this facility. The staff was very welcoming on our arrival and checked us in quickly. We were travelling with children and were delighted to find that the rooms were large enough to accommodate all of us.

Nothing. This facility and staff are first rate and we'll book lodging in this hotel whenever we need to travel to Bordentown.

The staff, breakfast, and comfort were all outstanding. Is it a luxury resort? No, of course not - it's a highway hotel that served the exact purpose I needed, and did it well.

The hotel itself was great, but leaving you have to go the wrong way and around a large median strip to get back on the main road. Not a big deal, just mildly irritating and in no way under the control of the hotel lol

All of it! It was a beautiful hotel, well kept, the breakfast was delicious, room was clean and neat, it was a great stay!

This is more of a consumers duty to research, but it is right off a very busy street so we got woke. Up a few times throughout the night from the busy road. I also wish they would have kept their pool instead of turning it into a conference room :/ but other than that, no complaints!

Unfortunately we have been double charged: one payment from booking and one more from hotel. Claim was processed and solved very long time.

the laundry facility one wager and one dryer and the dryer was out of order we were there for seven nights could have used a dryer instead of hanging close in room to dry.

Excessive use of scented cleaners. We’re both scent sensitive. Fortunately the front desk lady was amazing and set us up into a room that hadn’t had the final “spray job”. It constantly amazes me when a hosting facility uses such products. And in excess.
