Very spacious room with nice facilities. Comfortable, quiet, good hot water in the shower. Great staff. Easy parking. The location worked well--easy to make day trips out of town and it was right next to the mall where we did shopping. It was Ramadan, so no breakfast buffet, but the hotel provided very good breakfasts delivered to our room. The rooms have microwaves and a mini fridge. There were no plates or utensils or bowls, but we asked the hotel for some and then we were able to buy at the supermarket and prepare/heat up simple food for ourselves for lunch or dinner. Once again, especially nice during Ramadan to be able to do.

Family friend facility. Very clean and fairly new furniture. The staff are professional, super friendly and approachable. The location is amazing next to two big shopping centers is a big bonus. The easy parking option will make your life easy. I had to mention Nedal and his team from house keeping for their artistic touch that kept our kids entertained ☺️

Minor issues. Maybe they need to upgrade kitchen facility with more reliable fridge and possibly add a microwave for family rooms. The lack of gym facility in the building, although an access to one of the best gyms in Amman has been offered (with extra fee).

The room is spacious for a small family, the shower is very useful for small babies and toddlers, the kitchen is an added plus, plus its very clean, and in a prime location.

On my check out I have paid extrabmoney for items used from the mini bar, but later on when i double checked I have found out the the hotel made me pay twice for 2 bottle of water that I have already paid for from the night before from their cafe!

We took a family suite , it’s a spacious place I really loved it, it’s clean and comfortable . The TV and wifi were good. They have a nice cafe and the food was good. It is not that much noisy giving its location. The staff are very very nice and helpful.

Well only 2 tiny things The curtains are not completely black out ones so for people who wants it totally dark better if you keep that in mind, plus the pillows are high i would have preferred if they provided both types thin and thick.

We been only one night in this beautiful hotel. We booked suite and we got beautiful two bedrooms, two bathrooms and living room. The breakfast was really decent with variety of Arabic and international food offerings. Ratio of paid and what we got was really worth it. Highly recommended!

Everything was good

My third time here , always a great stay! Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected. Big thanks to the friendly, helpful staff, especially the very gentle and professional Mr. Zaid. Highly recommend!

The staff was very accommodating, exceptional,and overall made the stay very pleasant

the scent that they use on towels/bedsheets etc.. smells amazing but I kept sneezing Because of it We also had neighbours that had rather loud conversations at odd times of the day but was still an enjoyable stay so far

The size of our room wow amazing The sofas the beds comfortable there was a small kitchenette we could have stayed there long term right next door from the shopping mall that had everything you could ask for and begins the hotel an amazing GYM. The room service also was great food was A1

Nothing to complain about

The rooms were beautiful, the bed was comfortable and I like the balcony in each room. The Bathrooms were big and spacious. The hall was nice to sit only thing missing was a microwave. Breakfast was delicious and a good spread. The staff was nice and friendly especially the housekeeping lady she was very nice. The reception was helpful

One of the best hotels I have ever entered in Jordan Stuff very nice from the security to the head of the management Amazing Jordanian food Nice coffee The hotel near the mall so you can do the shopping anytime Away from the traffic Nice room and it is very big

Unfortunately there's no Sauna and Jacuzzi.
