The zone is good because is close to the main square , and is really close to all you need

Pay attention of what they offer , the parking for the car only cover from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am , after it you have to pay for every hour . The room is internal but was clean, but the real price for this place is almost the a half of what they ask

Hot water in the shower and free filtered drinking water and coffee (although very sugary) downstairs in reception. Staff were friendly and close to main square (which doesn’t feel like the safest area)

The bathroom window didn’t lock so that didn’t feel very safe. Also the hotel messaged me the day before to ask me to confirm my booking by noon the next day or it would be cancelled- surely that’s not allowed?? Laundry was 2mil per item which is very expensive

The location is good. Staff is not bad just no English at all.

The bathroom had a leak. The bed is quite small for 2 people. The walls and windows are think, it can get noisy.

Rooms were spacious.

There was only 5 local channels.

A lot of noise especially at night not only other customers but also the staff. The customer service was not as kind as people from el eje cafetero. The room did not have a tv cable. (just 3 channels) The internet did not stable. the room did not have a nightstand
