The hotel has a good Infrastructure and lay-out, especially the pool and the park. The seawater is comfortable warm, with intense waves and due to it kitesurfing is promoted. In the evenings we enjoyed entertainment with life music. Regarding Food, very good barbecue at the pool´s restaurant, and dinner at restaurants “Inevitavel” and “Cervejaria Portuguesa”. Always kind and helpful staff, altough some have to be better trained.

Out of line with the good infrastructure, the gym is too small and the biggest restaurant “Versatil” is hot and not air conditioned. Overall maintenance has to be improved. The room´s bathrooms towels are of low quality and amenities are absent. There has been lack of cleaning of general use toilets and especially of the beach in front of the hotel, where lot of plastic is spread around. For this size of the hotel, 20 sunshades are far below what is required. Poor entertainment during the day. Regarding Food, the pool´s restaurant comes short of variety, and the “a la carte” restaurant “Massa Fina” is below standards.

The food is really good. The hotel area is really big and clean. The staff are friendly, and the piscina area is big with fun entertaniment with the staffs. Especial congratulations for the staff Pankeka. He is very friendly and fun in the activies in The poll area. The breakfast is really nice. The food is available all time in diferents restaurants. The staffs really take care of the lazer area in the hotel. The beach is warm and clean.

The bedroom could have solid soup option and clothes line to dry the swimwears. Could have pizza calabrea option in the main restaurant. Could have coconut water kiosks. Just few details that need improve to turn the travel more fantastic.

It's a perfect place to stay with family, especially traveling with a baby. There are many restaurants and one of it offer food for kids, healthier.

The only point I can suggest here is that they could offer the food we usually have for breakfast in the afternoon around 3pm, they have similar food around 6pm which is late for us. The breakfast food was the best food we had during our stay.

The food and the pool area were very good. Overall it is a great place for you to spend some time to relax and don't worry even about paying or choosing what to eat! If you have kids, the staff has a lot of option for them.

Snacks were very rare, so in the afternoon the only option would be to eat french fries or a fruit. Maybe offer more options of snacks, including chocolate and vegan options (not only the same fruit from breakfast).

The beach, pools, all the facilities were good, new, well maitained. The weather is nice, even when is raining is hot! Ceará is amazing

Some staff are very lazy and unpolished, mainly the old ladies that works doing pancakes for breakfast or grilling meat for dinner.The food, after a week start to be very repetitive (that's not a flaw in fact, but I think it worth to be mentioned). The beer brands available are not the best (is it too much to have Heineken on the list?) The wines are ok... If it is a resort, missed some saunas, heated indoor pools for when the weather isn't that sunny...

The Kids space (pool) was found out of order. Me and my wife could not take a rest one second due to this.

Excellent hotel, buffet, facilities and activities. Staff super nice and helpful.
