I stayed at this guest house for 6 nights as I was doing my aesthetics training course at Jessica Megan studios which was only 3 minutes drive from the guest house , perfect location . Great communication from the landlady all through my stay if I needed her or had questions. House very secure, locks on all the bedrooms, very clean and airy. Beautiful house in general. I had read some reviews which were a little off putting but I decided to give it a chance and I'm very glad that I did . Price and location were great and the house was clean , warm and secure at all times . The front door is always locked at all times , you collect your keys from the lock boxes outside by the front door. kitchen , living room clean and cosy but I didn't use these facilities. There is a cleaner that comes in also . I originally booked a budget double room but then decided I wanted more space , wardrobes and a mirror of course , I was upgraded for no extra money, which was lovely. Would definitely stay again . Nothing major really , but on a couple of nights there were youths playing football outside, but the kids were pretty harmless. My car was fine though when I parked outside the guest house , if I couldn't park out the front though I parked in Coral Grove which is a cul de sac behind the house .

The property & facilities were extremely clean & presentable. Front door was secure as had to be locked at all times. The facilities were amazing including use of washing machine, dryer, tea/coffee making utensils etc. Also there was simple food available like bread butter packet food. Downstairs communal living room attached to kitchen was like a home from home. Shared bathroom facilities were clean & secure.

Actual room door did not lock (room 4) Central heating was on constantly at a persistent heat. Another 'stayer' unfortunately was consuming cannabis even though the building was a No Smoking zone. Also in room Kettle was disgusting as descaler had been left in kettle which caused electrics to trip on boil as a health and safety concern.

Stayed while doing a course at jessica megan studios, great location only a 5-10 minute walk. Both host and cleaner Bev were amazing, nothing was too much, Bathroom was immaculate, was made to feel really at home, kitchen has everything you need, with an Aldi only a 2 minute walk, quite road and had the best night sleep I've had in years! All in all an amazing stay and would highly recommend value for money and amazing hosts! Xx

Glass door on bedroom but I'm fussy and you couldn't see through anyway I'd just prefer non glass x

Our host Porscha was so lovely! She made us feel so welcome and was only a text away if we needed anything. We were told to treat the place as if it were ours. We had access to the lounge, kitchen and good outdoor space…with a hot tub that I was told will be ready to use soon!

The property was good for the money, only thing I didn’t like was the fridge kept making a whirring sound that I could hear through out the night as I was staying on ground floor. But porscha moved us rooms and said she’d have it fixed soon.

All was perfectly fine; good environment; qulities facilities; clean and well arranged bedrooms, kitchen and living room; good staff with excellent customer service skills and relationships and also, affordable prices.

The WiFi was not effective enough. Kindly, work on it to be 24/7 effective with strong signal and network connected. Also, no electricity sockets beside the bed for computer and phone charging. No tissue papers and hand towels in the bedroom. These are very essential.

It’s got a huge kitchen with all the utensils you needed. The supermarket is just 2mins walking. If you prefer a market, there’s one in the Spinning Shopping Centre with just 5mins walking. With someone like me who don’t drive, that’s the ideal place for short term lets. Plus, Portia is a great host who is always there to help.

Loved the location - perfect for us, loved the fact we could use the house's facilities, kitchen, lounge and out door area and the owner was lovely, nothing was too much trouble

Omg,the lady owner was so kind and the house is a very beautiful place to relax. You can find anything you need. It's a very peaceful plac and we enjoyed it really much. The room was clean and the bed so confy. Definitely recommend it.

So close to the Ironman UK. Facitities in the house, sky tv in the room.

Thickers curtians could block out more light, more feedback than a complaint. The room was very comfortable and spacious.
