After a long day at the festival it was perfect to get a shower and a nice comfy bed. Slept great.

The parking was across the street in a garage and had to pay separate and then haul our stuff over. Have to get in elevator once to go to 2nd floor to check in - then get room key to haul stuff again to find the room. Everything in the area is one way streets and tight small areas with no parking. Breakfast not included either- the lady asked if we wanted to stay for $20 each.

Many restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to main roads. Decent restaurant and bar onsite. You never have to eat at the same place twice. Front desk staff are good. Bar staff is good. Bar food is decent. Breakfast food is good.

Stayed there many times and you can always hear loud vehicles on roads on both sides. Typically the engine reving cool guys. Often there is music in the square that you can hear, but it’s muffled and annoying. Breakfast waitress was slow and complained about the previous party not tipping. Breakfast not included in price.

Have stayed prior mainly because of the location. Rooms are comfortable and roomie enough.

Entered room air was not adjusted for comfort, obviously new when I was arriving because I sent a message four days prior but never had a response. parked across the street with additional $12 per day fee nothing was mentioned about that until my arrival. Zero security, elevator access to all floors 24/7 from ground floor, lobby on 2nd floor. Never received a call if my room was satisfactory, or any day after if I could use fresh towels, or anything I needed. My suggestion these minor details, simple things make a hotel stand out.

Breakfast was great! But what made it better was the amazing service by Ms. Desiree! She was kind, able to answer questions if needed, She could answer questions, and was very helpful.

the parking was small and the additional parking was across the street in the deck. It was marked but cost $10 a day.

Vey clean, well appointed, quiet, excellent location

Wi-Fi never worked. Not on any device. Kept getting code and note to contact off-site tech support. Due to my schedule, that wasn't possible. I've dealt with recalcitrant Wi-Fi in hotels before and it's generally a two-hour hunt and peck process with a tech located off-site.

Location was the best for what we needed. It was clean, smell, clean. Staff was very attentive and very nice even though we didn’t have to really utilize them.

I don’t have any dislikes. Well if I had one thing to say, it would be that the bathroom doors are very heavy to open and close.

Spacious room , the bar and the dinning area and the food was pretty good.

Not enough parking in front of the hotel and only two handicap spaces that were taken . Had to walk to the public parking building and it was pouring rain when we were about to leave for dinner. They should have the option for valet parking .

Restaurant and bar! Cleanliness

I did put the door hanger on the door that meant don’t come into my room. When I returned from business I noticed my bed was made and my toothbrush was moved so had to get a different toothbrush. I would recommend if someone puts the don’t bother door hanger on the doorknob, don’t enter.

The front desk staff on check in were courteous, professional, super helpful. First time I traveled with my dog and you guys made it so nice and comfortable. As a matter of fact we decided to only stop at Hilton’s overnight during our short trip with our Basil.

The fact that we had multiple police cars at the entrance of the hotel on arrival.

Great location and facilities.

Should mention at check in the balcony only room on 2nd floor is the giant shared balcony .. wasn’t really looking to spend the evening with neighbors. I’d be love to see breakfast extended to 9:30. Breakfast ends at 9, but I arrived at 8:50 and everything was already cleaned up.
