Good location. Breakfast buffet.

Pool could’ve been heated up a bit. AC in the rooms would be great especially in summer nights.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast area is amazing and the breakfast is so good, so many options. We decided to reserve two family rooms and it worked out perfectly! One family room could accommodate 2 adults and 2 children but we wanted to be comfortable and enjoyed the extra space. The hotel has a medium size swimming pool. We were lucky that the hotel was not busy so we could use it without reservation. The train/ tram station is 2 mins walk, so convenient to reach the city center. Parking is next to the hotel but you have to pay for it. Also the hotel has some parking spaces that you can reserve but I believe it is more expensive than the city parking.

The hotel does not provide daily room service/cleaning unless you request it. We are used to get our rooms cleaned daily when we stay in hotels, so we had to ask for towels and bad sheets few times. Nothing bad, just a head up. I will suggest the hotel to provide a floor mat for the shower and maybe tissues.

It was an absolutely amazing hotel, the breakfast was great. We went there for two nights for the Taylor Swift concert, and they very much leaned into it by playing her music in the lobby and having themed cocktails. Which I suppose isn't something you'll probably experience when you go there, but I appreciate it. The staff was also very nice and the place looked beautiful overall.

The pull out bed they had in the roof was not comfortable. I couldn't really sleep at night, so I was glad we didn't have too long of a stay. The double bed was very comfortable, however. Another issue was the little clock they had under the TV, near both beds it was shining very bright once you turned off all the lights and it also made it hard to sleep.

I found the staff at reception really helpful. I needed help when my flight was abruptly cancelled and they were excellent. I spoke to Nelson and two other very helpful people whose names I do not know. I had previously stayed in a place with no staff present, booked by my work, for the days I was working in Gothenberg and learnt how valuable the onsite help is when you do not speak the language. Location was excellent because being back in Stockholm for the weekend before returning home I wanted good access to Arlanda. The station is practically adjacent to the hotel and the line takes you quickly to Marsta and a fast bus from that station goes to Arlanda airport. Quiet well sound proofed hotel and a nearby shopping centre was very convenient.

I always like the breakfast and I enjoyed the pool. It was a good slot with one hour. Beautiful facilities apart from my room which was a disappointment and I was so tired to change.

I am a loyal Scandic customer but the room provided was not worth the money I paid. Not fresh and I found myself sneezing all night so it must have been dusty. A refurbishment for room 434 would be good.

Big nice hotel. large comfy room and bed. Good large selection for breakfast. One thing to improve can be a coffee machine with different options. Close to the train station. Train takes less than 20 min to down town Stockholm.

our room was big and well decorated taylor swift music in the lobby was perfect for our swiftie group the breakfast was delicious (especially the pancakes)

bigger bins would be better there was a piece of red onion on the floor of our room (not a big deal, it gave us a good laugh)

Every thing was good and the breakfast room and location was very convenient and met expectations.

Bar fridge not in all rooms, had to wait and asked a few times for one. No air conditioners in rooms.

Specious rooms with big bathrooms and bathtub 🛀 , 4 beds , breakfast was fantastic, playing area downstairs, sauna and Gym , it is a great hotel for family with children 👌

Small swimming pool , it is just good for children

The bar and breakfast area and entrance hall were beautiful. The room was a really good size with lounge area and separate bathroom with a bath and separate walk-in shower. decorated to a high standard. The pool and sauna was private, cosy and relaxing.

Thé curtains could have done with being darker to block out the light early in the morning after sunrise.
