I had to stop on my travels unexpectedly because my leg was hurting too much to continue the drive in one day. The front desk person noticed I had injured my leg and upgraded the room to be ground floor without being asked. He also asked about the stay when I checked out. I slept well there. The room was perfect for what I needed.

Not really a problem for me but the full body mirror was wiped with something that left streaks and didn't clean well. I took a picture but forgot to show the front desk so I'm mentioning it here

The price was very affordable

The cigarette burn holes on the bed cover. I had to defrost the little freezer on the refrigerator so my food could stay cold. The little dining table only had one chair and it was 2 people staying. Stayed 2 days and no one cleaned the room, or at least took the trash out. No fresh towels as well. Came in from Missouri City Texas for a wedding in Rosston Arkansas on Saturday October 8th, Arrived at the hotel on Friday afternoon on October 7th. We left before check out on Sunday October 9th.

The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable. I was exhausted from driving all day and was beyond relieved to find it at great price right off the interstate.

It was good...no complaints. Great sleep.

This was a surprise, the Red Roof Hotel was well situated for our trip, well priced and the room was well equipped and newly remodeled. Definitely would stay here again.

Staff was great, location was perfect right off the interstate next to a gas station. Room was clean and newly renovated. Bed was comfortable albeit a bit noisy.

Only issue I had was my toilet was difficult to flush.

It's an old hotel being renovated, so some construction materials seen in parking.lot. outside of hotel. In a few months should look nicer.

Very clean, very convenient location, staff was outstanding, rooms mostly updated. I have to comment on the shower head; it was really good and set very high, which is good for my tall husband!

Some minor updating still needed in the room, such as spots on the wall that were patched but not painted over as of yet; old fan/heater knob hanging from the wall. Pretty minor stuff, really.

The room was nice and comfortable for the price.

When we booked online, it said breakfast was provided. A day or two before our trip, we got an email saying breakfast was not being served. I think we should have been told this prior to booking. I often travel with large groups, and having breakfast served is cost efficient and convenient, so I often book based on whether breakfast is served or not.

Clean sheets and comfy bed. Like that there is no carpet.

Floor needed to be mopped with a good cleaning solution.
