Very clean, nice property. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok, good selection of things, no salt, pepper and no ice on our floor. We found an ice maker, but there was no ice in it. An employee finally got us some from the kitchen.

Loud group of teenagers running amok all evening, spilling food in the middle of the hall, and being fairly disruptive pretty late.

The room was very clean. Slept well and will probably stay again. The area is nice and lots of shopping around.The lobby was very nice and the breakfast was amazing. I enjoyed my stay and will be back

I was charged by the hotel and through booking.com so I paid twice and never reimbursed. The hotel told me its a long drawn out transaction and I would have to be paid back by you guys. They said they contacted you. I tried as well. Still haven't heard anything.

Our room didn’t have any soap in it when we arrived and for stating that it was sanitized I bear to differ. The phone and bedside lamp had visible dust. The coffee packets in our room also very clearly were dusty. The bathroom floor felt sticky when you walked on it. We stay at Hamptons a lot and this one felt gritty. The breakfast was ok but the tables were dirty and we were there within 45 minutes of when they started serving.

The room was very clean. Looks like it had just been remodeled. The staff always had a smile and kind words. The breakfast was hot and delicious! Love this location. Close to shopping and dining!

Ms. Angie was an absolute delight. She made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The room, location, and overall experience was nice, but she is the reason we will choose this property when we come back to Murfreesboro.

Would be nice if firm pillows were an option, and maybe upgrade the bacon at breakfast to something I can't completely see through

Extremely new and clean property. Room was super nice. Bathroom was immaculate (looked brand new). Location was super close to anything you would need.

We were a family of five adults and I notated that when I booked thinking they had a roll a way since they let me reserve a room. They didn’t have a roll a way said it was a fire hazard. I think they wanted us to get another room. we already paid over $200 with taxes which I think is a lot so we went to Walmart and bought an air mattress much cheaper than another room! 😊

Breakfast was great. Attendant was friendly and efficient. Front office staff on arrival was smiling, friendly, helpful.

The breakfast was really nice. Lots of things to choose from. The hotel was very clean. Room was clean. And the staff were excellent.

Friendly staff, shower was large with great water pressure. Clean room.

Size of TV in room too small and far away from bed. Coffee in lobby when we arrived was not hot (around 8pm).
