The hotel is made with soul and great attention to detail. Everything is clean and neat, the breakfast is delicious and varied, and the staff are very friendly.

more like a suggestion. We happened to have terrible weather and couldn’t go hiking with my daughter, so there wasn’t much to do. If there had been, for example, a small pool or a relaxation area with a sauna, it would have been more enjoyable.

Great location for wonderful views. Very friendly and helpful staff, great specially the young lady on reception (I have forgotten her name, sorry!), who moved our rooms so that my elderly mother could use the lift to get to her room. Unfortunately my mother had a fall (no fault of the venue) and bruised her hip and the subsequent attention afforded us was impeccable. Tasty dinner and breakfast on site.

Nothing, everything was lovely

The staff was very friendly, the location is fabulous and the view was breathtaking. What was also very good arranged was the warm room upon arrival. We even got an upgrade of the room for the same price. We had a balcony and could see the city and during the night when it was dark and the lights were on, it was like a fairy tale, so romantic ...

The isolation of the walls isn't at a top level because we could hear the neighbours in the room against our room while we only shared the wall of the bathroom and the door of the bathroom we kept close.

The property is located in the heart of the Black Forest region in Germany and it’s just beautiful the view we got from our room was breathtaking. we asked for a third bed because we were travelling with our daughter and we got it. The breakfast was delicious and there was a great selection. The stuff was very friendly.

The location is lovely with wonderful views. Great breakfast buffet offered in the morning with nice selection. If you plan on doing the schnapps hike this is the perfect place to stay. There is a schnapps stop right on site and it is a great starting point. Room was very clean. Highly recommend

The hotel is lovely. The food at the restaurant is so good! It was hot, but the room was nice and cool. The location is convenient if you want to hike the Schnappsbrunnenweg. There’s a schnappsbrunnen in the back of the hotel, which is SO cute! We enjoyed our stay.

It was a lovely place in an incredible location. The view was spectacular when it wasn't obscured by the rain which we were blessed with on and off for our stay. The restaurant was nice and the food was good. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom.

It would have been nice to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee in the room, however it wasn't very far to the restaurant. When it was busy, 2 weddings during our stay, the parking was a problem.

beautiful hotel, location and staff, amazing covered car park that was fantastic for our motorbike. This was a complete surprise and the hotel should make more of this amazing facility by having images on the website.

Lovely new room, beautiful views, great breakfast, very helpful staff.

The room could really use a kettle, with coffees and teas, rather than being charged for a cup of tea each time at the restaurant.

It is a great hotel! Stayed here for work. The views from my room were amazing. Definitely a hidden gem!
