We were a bit nervous booking online, but this hotel exceeded all our expectations! The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. There’s a beautiful dining area with free coffee, tea, and snacks available 24/7, and the breakfast was delicious and included. Airport transfer was included and very convenient — just 5 minutes away, and the minivan arrived right on time! Special thanks to Mulando at the front desk — her kindness and professionalism truly made our stay unforgettable. She is an incredible employee and a real gem of this hotel. We absolutely loved everything and hope to come back again. Highly recommend this place!

I tried to check in at the Sure Stay nearest the airport. Once the kind front desk agent informed me I was at the wrong hotel, I was distressed, wondering how to get to the other hotel. She called the airport shuttle driver who then transported me to the correct property! Whilst checking in to that property, I realized I had left my credit card on the counter of the first property. I almost got an Uber to retrieve my credit card that night, but decided to just get it on my way to the airport the next morning. Shortly after that, Chester from the front desk called my room to let me know the shuttle driver was going back to the first hotel and would bring me my credit card. Staff was incredible at both these properties!! Also, I was a few minutes late for the morning shuttle and Teresa called the driver, who came back to fetch me. I was out of sorts and an uncharacteristically problematic customer that day, but the employees went above and beyond for me! I can't thank them enough!

Well, I could have been smarter! LOL

The property is nice and clean, they are very friendly, the airport is near by, the train is near by, and also a really nice restaurant called 13 coins, it also has a beautiful lake right across the street. Me and my daughter has stayed 2 times and we will be staying there again. Oh and they have hot good breakfast, and nice and hot coffee all day.😊

On Saturday my son’s flight was canceled and left without a place to stay or food for 2 1/2 days. The woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and understanding! She made sure my son was able to get to the hotel, comfortable for the days he was there, went above by letting him in his room early and letting him stay in a comfortable safe area after checkout while waiting hours till his flight. As a mom across the country, it put me at ease! Thank you so much for caring!!

The staff was amazing! They helped me SO much! The night shift checkin guy helped me carry luggage up 3 flights since the elevator was broken, and answered all my shuttle questions! The day shift check in lady super friendly, great conversation, very helpful with my daughter and the baby. The shuttle man literally helped us so much with all the luggage, baby, car seat, and to find our way to the elevator at the airport. Your staff went above and beyond! My room was clean, comfortable, perfect for my travel needs.

SureStay purchases old hotels and fixes up the important parts, then rents for cheap. It's hard to beat their value. For example, the bathroom might have an ancient tub in good condition but a brand new shiny countertop and bright white towels. So if it matters, or if it really needs to be replaced, they will. If not, we all save money. The service at this location is top-notch. A+ for front desk and breakfast staff. I didn't meet housekeeping but our rooms were immaculate. Note that the hotel is right on the train line and our rooms were on that end of the hotel, yet we heard no noise. Excellent location for restaurants and sightseeing.

The receptionist Teresa was really friendly and helpful with my room key malfunction and assisting me with booking a mall shuttle as my phone was not working as it should have been. She also gave me some worthwhile advice about the area as I was an 80year old woman traveling alone. Shuttle service to and from airport great.

I had intended to walk to the local park and explore the area on foot but decided against it as there was not a lot of foot traffic - people around. Breakfast was OK, staff were friendly.

The staff was really amiable which helped us to feel comfortable in the big city and an area that was surrounded by big buildings and parking lots. the bed and sheets were super comfortable. the room showed signs of wear but it had everything we needed to rest after 24 hours of flying.

There are TWO Sure Stay Hotels with little to distinguish them from each other. we got on the wrong shuttle and went to the other "Sure Stay". Luckily we figured it out before the van left so they took us to the right "Sure Stay" as a courtesy. I suggest a name change for one of these two hotels.

As we had missed the connection, booked to stay overnight. Clean and spacious room. There was a shuttle bus between the terminal and the hotel based on the request.

Though we were provided late checkout till 12.00noon, there were 2 cleaning staff walking into the room from 9am. At 11.30 am, the manager knocks and asks why we are still there. The staff are friendly but the manager has some attitude 🙄. Breakfast could have been better.

This is an excellent place to stay, very clean, everything inside and outside the room was looks brandnew, doesnt have funny smell, it has free breakfast, refrigerator was big, it has microwave, coffee machine and the king room has sofa bed and table with 2 chairs, bathroom was fantastic, free convenient parking and has free use cart for luggage to go in the elevator/room.

nothing i can complain about except the seperate receipt that i requested because i booked 2 rooms (one for my family and for my cousin’s family)the front desk told me that thier system was down but its not a big deal it was all excellent.
