The landscaping was beautiful all around the steamboat! We had a lovely fire every night at the fire ring located at the property that isn’t offered at any hotel far or near! I sat outside on the deck every morning drinking my coffee watching the ducks swim in the water that’s around the steam boat! Simply amazing

Nothing, it was stunning!

I honestly cannot say enough great things about our first time stay at the Fulton Steamboat Inn. The atmosphere and ambiance were amazing. You can tell the owners and crew take a lot of pride in the cleanliness and maintenance. Loved the Victorian and Nautical themed decor. The breakfast at Huckleberry’s Restaurant was absolutely delicious. We originally booked a room for 1 night but decided to stay an additional night. So glad we did as we were able to sample the delicious Steamboat burger in the Tavern while receiving excellent service.

Nothing to dislike.

The hotel is clean, well decorated and the lobby felt cozy. The Fall decor out front was very nice. The maid service was very friendly.

Breakfast was not included in our stay. Our room was near the pool and kids & adults were very loud and running up and down the hallway for a couple hours until the pool closed. Our room faced Rt 30 so trucks in the early AM were loud, especially those with loud brakes coming up to the light. We booked this hotel because of the fire pit and lake for sitting by in the evening. Unfortunately it poured rain so we didn't get to enjoy outside.

Our stay was great!!! We loved our room! Super clean and plenty of everything we needed! We had the best location for our room. We stay right next to the pool so my daughter was so excited to just step out of our room and right Into the pool room. The pool was clean and well kept. The little gift shop was so cute and reasonably priced. We loved the outside area where you can just sit and relax by the water and watch the ducks.... We even got to feed them. This was awesome!!! Staff was super friendly and the cookies and lemonade were and awesome little extra!! A+ stay. Will return!!! Location is also great right in the heart of everything!

I Loved Everything!!!

The entire concept was comfortable and fun. Excellent clean room, got in an adult swim in pool, great bar and a delicious breakfast!

The bar could have been open a little later with maybe some kind of snack menu. We were there to go to The Sight and Sound Theater. They only have hot dogs and nuts at the theater. I was a bit hungry after the show but didn’t want to go someplace else for “fast food”. We got back to your hotel around 9:45. By the time I got changed for pool it was 10:05. Ordered a beer in a plastic cup (that was great) and probably would have had another. It’s not like that is a deciding factor. I’ll be back!

We have stayed here before and really loved it so we stayed again. Loved the whole theme and the restaurants.

Really nothing but we had very rowdy people next to us and kept us awake the 2 nights we stayed til after 2 in the morning. Complained to front desk and they did take care of situation but that was just ridiculous. That had nothing to do with the hotel because you can’t help inconsiderate people it was just very upsetting we got no sleep

I love this hotel and have stayed there several times. Location is close to Sight and Sound.

Our experience this time was different. First we were given keys to the wrong room. Had to go back downstairs for another room. Our a/c unit made a horrible noise all night. We were shirt towels and called room service, rhey delivered to wrong room. Beds and pillow were very uncomfortable. I love this place and it's very nostalgic. Most of stays have been perfect. Guess this was our first bad experience

Our first time, always drove by and stayed elsewhere; but now it is a total different mentality. We loved and enjoyed staying and dinning at the Fulton Steamboat and enjoyed eating at the Huckleberry Restaurant. We will return and stay again, THANK YOU.

The cleanliness and comfortable bedding, the access and view in the outer perimeter of the Inn. Hospitality was amazing, the employees and room service were courteous and complying with any extra needs.

The theming of the furniture to the music were all great. The staff was very kind and helpful and the grounds were maintained very nicely. It is a testament to the owners and staff that they are able to keep such an old staple of Lancaster feeling clean and not dated.

Minor inconveniences. Coffee not available in the lobby, no towels in the pool area one day, and unruly kids/adults forcing everyone else to vacate the pool due to wild games. A lot of this is just due to the people staying there and no fault of the staff. I witnessed one lady take the entire pile of cookies one day, and some parents have no regard for teaching their kids manners in the pool.

Everything was fantastic. so clean and my family loved how everything was decorated. we wish it was warmer so we could have gone outside and enjoyed all it had to offer. The pool and hot tube was so clean and warm, my grandson loved it.

We noticed that there wasn't a lot of places to hang our things, more hooks would work much better in the rooms. The tube for the shower was a little slippery to stand, had to be careful when getting out.
