Front desk staff and room.

Very dark, with no streetlights, trying to find the driveway entrance from the main road. Breakfast items are pushed far against the wall on a deep counter and are very difficult to reach. Counter is deeper than 24". Nuts and topping items were very difficult to reach. Violating the 2010 ADA Standards for obstructed reach dimensions. No lobby coffee 24 hours. I am not a fan of the in-room coffee makers.

The pool was great and the room was comfortable. The staff was considerate and friendly. Everything was in close proximity to where I was staying.

Okay - I am not usually someone who complains, and honestly, it's not a huge ordeal, but I didn't care for the free breakfast. The options were extremely limited, and it didn't really cater to everyone's dietary needs. I ended up going to Publix down the road to get food I could eat within my dietary needs. Its a shame because one of the reasons I used this location was because free breakfast was offered and I thought it would be a time saver. That wasn't the case and I didn't see the value. Maybe it was just the menu for the month or something.

It is newer and clean and has comfortable beds.

Make sure you absolutely don’t get a room on the top floor, the 4th floor. Or near the elevator. You will not sleep. The airco on the roof makes so much noise and vibration. Also it is North Cape Coral, bad location if you have appointments in South Fort Meyers or Naples.

Breakfast was great and varied from day to day which was nice.

The king bed was awfully hard. I was supposed to have a double queen room for when my daughter was able to join me - paid for two people. Got a king suite instead with a sofa sleeper. A pretty big let down and a bunch of sports teams an no way to switch rooms I was told.

I was there for only one night but the third time, I was pleasure for assistance, attention, comfort, check in and check out at appropriate times and bed linens up to take me to decide to buy the sheets and pillow cover. I actually thing that it was rewarding

Nothing that I realized

I loved the property, it was clean, it looked new, and the personnel was friendly; I loved the fact that it has a pool and a small gym which is convenient.

The only thing I wanted to do that I didn't find a way to do it (if that was an option) was to turn on the lights at both sides of the bed, I didn't find a switch for that as I felt that the room was lacking a bit more of light during the night but I really enjoyed my stay there.

Property was fantastic and so clean and quiet. Rooms were huge.

Booking screwed up the stay and when I went to check in all the rooms were booked so we had to go to a king with pullout bed which wasn’t ideal for two teen kids.

Quiet and breakfast was good.

Iron was broken and had to change it 3 times. Poor quality iron. Ironing board could use a cover change. Garbage receptacle in the bathroom had no bag in it. Room could use an extra 🗑 receptacle in the sleeping area with a bag in it.

Wonderful experience and polite and helpful staff! Location is awesome with restaurants and shopping next door..

Overall it was rated high. The gym and pool is a bit small very standard.

What I liked best was the room didn’t stink of febreeze! Breakfast was decent. Something for everyone. The facility was spotless! You also allowed us to bring our bicycles to our rooms, which we appreciated!
