Central location, very close restaurants, delicious food, very clean, comfortable and modern room. Professional staff. Delicious and plentiful breakfast. They immediately responded helpfully to my request due to a food allergy, and I received free meals. Calm and beautiful environment. Venice, Trieste, Palmanova are all easily accessible. I highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you very much for everything, we are very happy to come back anytime.

Just praise. Very nice and clean rooms. A very good location for a short or long vacation. The host Miki is very friendly and helpful. She gave us all the information about the place and what to see in the place. She prepared a very tasty and varied breakfast for us. She prepared coffee for us to welcome us. We felt very comfortable.

If you are a light sleeper, the church bells nearby ring every 30 minutes all night long.

The room is in a lovingly restored house. The furnishings are tasteful, the beds excellent and the breakfast was the best! In three steps you are right on the water. Rarely have I stayed so beautifully.

The Hotel is 👉 near the center, sea and the 🚢 lagunas. The area is beautiful. 👏 Restaurants, 🥂 bars in 50-200 m. The houseowner, Miki was very kind,🥰 her english is perfect. 👍 Breakfast is delicious. The accomodation is very cosy.👌 First of all bikefriendly. 🚴‍♀️ Try the boat-tour 🚣 with Roby, in the lagunas! 🤝

Miki and her mom are amazing and heartwarming people, we felt very welcome. The room is comfortable, had a nice shower and bed. But… the breakfast is amazing, nice coffee and tea and they will bake fresh eggs. Miki speaks English very well and is very helpfull with any question that you have. We would definitely come back
