Good location Nice property Friendly helpful staff Nice outside garden/terrace for drinks and dining.
You have to pay for parking permit if you can get a space outside hotel otherwise park in the adjacent public car park or multi-storey on other side of street is quite expensive especially if you’re staying for more than couple of nights. Very large restaurant which was mostly nearly empty whilst we were there so made dining a bit lonely and not much of an atmosphere to enjoy your evening by. Bar was very quiet had to wait a while for someone to come fix us drinks both nights we were there and again very quiet.

We had some special requests and everything we asked for was accommodated with such ease. Most grateful . We stayed in many nice hotels but the best thing ever is having a table that you can sit at when you have a dog at a normal height and not expected to eat from a coffee table. This was a first and we even had a white table cloth; amazing. you are often required to sit in the bar area which is fine if you don’t need to eat. We would like to thank all the staff for being so helpful but especially Nathan advising us on the wines that accompanied our five course tester menu. We even bought a bottle of your Rosé. You were brilliant. Mary serving us breakfast with a smile. Much better than the Hotel du Vin York, sorry

All the staff were amazing. The food was delicious 😋 The bed was comfortable and very large.
We had a balcony room, and we only had a small wardrobe to hang clothes in. There was no chest of drawers to put any other clothes like T-shirts and underwear. The room was really large, so it could quite easily have fitted one in the room. The lighting in the bathroom was poor, so even though there was a shaving mirror with a light, the light did nothing to help. I stood by the door to do my makeup instead. I would still come back as the staff and food were amazing 👏

We were attending a 25th wedding anniversary function and the service we received in our private room was excellent. Atif went above and beyond his duties to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The buffet food was excellent and our glasses were regularly topped up. One of our party is in a wheelchair and Atif was attentive and helpful throughout or stay making the experience a lovely one
On check in the young lady who checked us in although knowledgeable rattled off facilities as though reading from a script making it feel rather impersonal

Liked how friendly, professional, and helpful the staff were. The hotel has a stylish vibe and feels like one of the best options in the area. Our room was clean, a good size, and had a nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, and the room felt fresh with good airflow. Breakfast was excellent, with high-quality ingredients and attentive service, and I’d definitely recommend including it in your stay. Overall, the hotel felt welcoming and well-designed.
The parking situation was a hassle. The hotel is connected to a busy public car park, so we had to use the NCP across the road, which was a tight squeeze. It would be better if the hotel had an agreement with the nearby car park for guests. The TV in our room wasn’t positioned well for watching in bed, although that wasn’t a big issue for us. Our view overlooked the car park, which wasn’t great, and the room wasn’t fully soundproofed—we could hear some footsteps above and banging from next door although it wasn't a few times.

Hotel is decorated in very dark colours which makes it feel slightly claustrophobic. However, The rooms are spotless and extremely comfortable. Our room, double deluxe and was very big. Breakfast was exceptional. Excellent choice and perfectly cooked food presented well on hot plates. Excellent communication from Hotel prior to start regarding parking and also letting us know the fair would be just outside the hotel. No problem with either of these on arrival:) Hotel is in an excellent location to explore Stratford
Unfortunately our room was situated above some sort of generators/extraction area. Although fenced off from the car park, the fans and noise, which were on all night, were quite noisy as the area was not covered

Staff we superb - from Mary at breakfast to Imi and Simon on reception. Bedroom was really decent - good size, excellent size balcony, Location was spot on, easy to get to all attractions and lots of walks. Bar had lovely ambiance. Everywhere was spotless. L'Occitane products in bathroom were a welcome product.
Cooked breakfast was great if you were having everything but if you took away items (such as black pudding and egg), 2 rashers of bacon and a lonely sausage was small. However we did ask for extra bacon the next day and we had some. Plate being so large makes food on it look small. That literally is my only dislike.

Excellent room size and clean; good sized bathroom and enough towels for two. Twin beds, as requested. Excellent restaurant, very good quality food. Loved the wine themed room names, and the décor was very good throughout the hotel, nicely designed. Perfect location, just ideal to experience Stratford - everything within walking distance. Wonderful. Excellent female staff members (I single out female, because the male 'front of house' staff members we encountered were not quite so good: one a little pushy; one a little 'raw').
I'd already checked in online, so was surprised by the lengthy wait to organise my room key when I arrived! Helpful staff, but one in the restaurant a little too attentive, giving us the hard sell on just about everything on the menu - not necessary, we'll decide on our own, thank you (and won't be choosing the more expensive options)!

We really liked the bar area, enjoying a variety of drinks sat outside over our two day stay. All members of staff we came across were friendly and professional. The hotel has a luxurious, but welcoming feel. You cannot beat the location of the hotel, it is close to public transport links (bus & train) aswell as restaurants, bars, cafes and tourist attractions.
We were unable to make use of the Chromecast facility on our television; we alerted reception immediately and they sent someone to help us, unfortunately this was beyond the control of the hotel and we were left a little disappointed. The room we stayed in would definitely benefit from a couple of cushions; this would add the comfort needed to use the room from lounging. We found the breakfast served in the restaurant pleasant, but a little pricey at £22 per person.

Booked the suite - a large space with a very comfortable bed and enjoyable bath in the large bedroom. Having the other main room worked for lounging on rainy days. Enjoyable level of luxury
No lift to the suite - would have been an issue for my elderly parents (who weren't able to come for other reasons). Weird window perspex covers - unattractive and made opening difficult. Charged for what seemed to be complementary water some days, but not others. Tendency to add charges to the room bills - 10% for the kitchen (why?), a breakfast not ours. This was true for Stratford as a whole - donations for charities, gratuities. Annoying and unBritish. Smell of drains - but this was maybe the town as much as the room
