I stayed in this hostel for one week and found it comfortable. The room and facilities are very clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is central, but there isn't much to do nearby, so consider renting a motorbike or bicycle. On Saturdays, there is a night market on the street just outside the hostel, which was really nice.

I did not know at the time of booking that the only shower/toilets were mixed with no door to the entrance. I felt there was not enough privacy, so I don't think I would stay here again. I think adding a female-only shower room/bathroom is necessary.

This hostel is beautifully designed with great attention to detail, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The dorms are very clean and comfortable, and the bed in the private room is just as good. The staff is friendly and helpful. A small complimentary breakfast with Thai specialties is a nice touch. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. Free bicycles are available for guests, which is a great bonus. The hostel is located on a street with many tourist-friendly restaurants, while local street food and eateries are just a short walk away. The bus stop to the main terminal is right around the corner.

Perfect Hostel experience! Incredibly friendly personnel that helped me organise my trip to Phayam, well equipped kitchen, nice breakfast, exceptionally good bathroom with hot water showers and beautifully designed sink area. Little terrace to hang out. Comfortable bed, good ladder to access top bunk bed. Stable bed, no noises when you move. Curtains, lights, lockers with keys provided. Very fast internet. I uploaded like 150 pictures to my cloud within 15-20 minutes. Television and social areas. Book shelf. Great location, right between the bus terminal and the pier. And all that for a price that wouldn't even get you a low class hostel on Phuket. 10/10 experience, highly recommended!

This is the cutest hostel I've ever visited! The sinks are beautiful, I want them in my own house 😝 Also the staff was very kind and the facility's were amazing. Free tea and coffee, traditional Ranong snacks, great wifi. When I had to book a lastminute trip to Koh Phayam, the staff was so helpful! It was a great hostel-experience.

I would've liked a proper place to store my luggage instead of just under the bed on the floor without an option to close it off. It's the only thing I can come up with, but it's an easy addition and it would make the hostel even better.

This hostel is luxury. There are a few places like this that pops up in your life when you need it it the most, this place is a little heaven. I came rested from 1 month on a wild island but I was physically tired. This place put me back to my best. It is beautiful, clean, inspiring, in the best location ever, close to a second hand shop, powerful hot and cold showers, pristine little back garden, nothing too fancy just pure niceness, like the girls who works there. Gentleness, small voice tone, smiley, helpful. You have to go there. It is a perfect stay. You will fall in love.

Nothing. Maybe a clothes rack for wet towels for guests outside will be nice and to be able to buy the "One day Inn Ranong" tot bags!!

Complimentary traditional Thai dishes for breakfast was delicious! Hostel is incredibly clean, modern in design, environmently friendly and feels luxerious for a hostel. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to help. An early morning soak in the local free natural hot springs a 15 minute bike ride away is the perfect way to start your day! On weekends the walking street markets are at your door step.

At the time of my stay there was a construction crew digging up the road directly in front of the hostel, which was loud at times.

The owner went out of her way to help with information and try to mitigate the construction noise out on the street. The place is really nicely built and decorated, great attention to detail such as available water, a kitchen with beautiful plates and a nice little breakfast.

If you’re sensitive to noise, opt for a room with a private bathroom, so you don’t face the noisy street. With earplugs and the shutters closed, it is bearable, but if you don’t like the AC on and prefer the windows open, having the shutters open is just too noisy.

Excellent stay in Ranong! Kanchana was very friendly and helpful at the reception. I stayed here before and after my Myanmar trip to Kawthoung town. I booked a speed boat ticket and rented a scooter through the reception. Good mattress and pillow in the dorm room. A/C is good and cold. I appreciate the locker in my dorm and the curtains for privacy. Clean toilets and showers. Very nice decoration in the hostel. Nice, sweet local snacks at breakfast. Cleaning lady keeps everything tidy. This was the cleanest hostel I have stayed at in Thailand. Good restaurants on the same road as the hostel. The tuna nigiri sushi was so good at Masaru restaurant. Nice hot springs around Ranong like Taryn hot springs 41 celcius. Hot😅 Also cool waterfalls to explore like Haew Lome waterfall. -Harry from Finland🇫🇮

Everything good, AC good in rooms, and have fans for comun areas, delicious free breakfasts with local desserts, milk, fruits and cereals, coffe and tea free, have a good kitchen and equipment for guest use, location is good for me, near old market, and any bars and restaurants like a nightlife and have 7/11 store just in front.Toilets and showers very nice and clean, comun areas good. The girl of reception very friendly and have excellent English, she explain to me anythings about Thai food and foreign influence in the region, rooms have a little contain with locker, enough for most important, and have space for leave luggage under bed, plugs universal and lights each bunk, cottages in bunks for privacy, toilet have plugs, WC and shower in different room, I think is nice.

I booked because of the great reviews and this hostel still exceeded my expectations. First of all, the staff are absolute angels and amazing human beings, it's obvious that they really care about their guests and want to make sure that you have the best stay in Ranong. The hostel is always neat, clean, and well cared for. The dorms are spacious and air-conditioned, every bunk comes with a privacy curtain and locker with key. There is a full kitchen for guests and breakfast is included in the price, consisting of delicious local sweets/pancakes and bananas. The shower rooms are separated from the loos and there are plenty of both. I had to do some work on my laptop during my stay and I was comfortable working from the dining/common area, the wifi signal was consistent as well. The location is great, convenience stores and the fresh market are just down the road. Ranong isn't big so you can easily walk everywhere from the hostel, it takes maybe 20-30 minutes to walk to the hot springs (recommended!), the bus station, and the night market. There are also songthaews passing in front of the hostel every few minutes. The road in front of the hostel turns into a walking street with a night market once a week. The staff will help you book tours and boats directly from the hostel for no extra charge. They also helped me rent a scooter and then let me store my luggage at the hostel during my stay on Ko Phayam. 10000% recommended, I'll be back for sure.
