The staff was exceptional. So kind and helpful. The whole place seemed to be run by someone(s) who genuinely cared. It needs a facelift/update for sure but the staff does such a great job at maintaining it in its current state that it’s still very welcoming and cozy. The breakfast was simple but offered a lot of variety. The pool area was clean and did not choke you out with chemicals and the pool towels were always available at the front desk. Everything functioned as it should and we had a really great stay!

Having a later checkout time would be really accommodating, even just till noon. The prices were temporarily raised the weekend we stayed possibly due to the fact that there was a hockey tournament in town, it’s unfortunate for families that have to travel a lot to have the extra expense when the rooms are also known to go for 100 a night vs almost 200 😔

The hotel was very clean. The staff was super-friendly and even gave us menus of places that delivered. The chocolate chip cookies were a nice bonus, too. They had a great hot breakfast and drinks (coffee, water, tea) that were available all the time. The pool was very nice and the washer and dryer that are available to guests worked great and actually dried our clothes completely! The hotel is pet-friendly and they were so sweet to our dog. There is a natural/conservation area close by if you like to run or walk but make sure you wear bug spray if you go outside.

The Days Inn staff were very accommodating to my shifting arrival times, which I appreciated, and once I arrived I found the facilities to be excellent and well-kept

If anything, which isn't even the fault of the Days Inn, I would have liked if there had been additional means of transportation in the area, as I was without a car and dependent on friends to drive me to and from the hotel, which made it so I probably spent less time in the hotel than I would have liked.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was great, and the 24/7 coffee bar was a great feature! The complimentary snacks and water at the desk were a nice surprise, too! The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We will stay again ☺️

The only thing I noticed was that the walls were a little "thin" in that you could hear more than normal, from the room next door. It's not a huge deal, but it's worth noting. Overall, we had a nice stay. Thank you!

Nothing, really. Well, if you're asking customers to hang up their towels, then you should provide more places to hang them.

Very comfortable and the gal at the desk was quite pleasant.

The breakfast was lacking in protein options. America is obese due to low nutrition cereals, waffles and muffins. Other Days Inns have scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon which is why i selected DI. Not to be found at this one. Sadly only hard boiled eggs.

I liked the fact that there was a pool and hot tub.We stayed at a days inn in traverse city and there was no pool or hot tub for my children.I did like the breakfast with the waffle maker and all the food.

The price to stay there one night and in a smaller size room was the main thing.We had two queen size beds for a family 5 with little room for an air mattress or anything.

I really liked the cleanliness and the amenities for a small town hotel. I come from Orlando so I’m use to big things and don’t expect them when I go. the pool was amazing and the hot tub. The breakfast was great, two types of cereal, heat and eat omelettes, assorted pastry and bagels, make your own waffles and juice/coffee/tea.

I didn’t like that the tub was low so anytime we tried using the shower we had to change it to jet stream so the water would stay in better. the other thing that the hotel can’t control are guests where trying to get into our room but the key didn’t work. thank goodness for that.

Staff was good breakfast was good. Many things had been refurbished. Overall a nice stay. Most facilities were in good shape.

Tub did not drain well. During shower stood in 3-4 inches of water and it took about 5 mins to drain. Toilet seat very lose and not good as room was setup for handicapped person. Bath fan noise or needed clean.

Staff was friendly, rooms are nice and clean, they have upgraded the shampoo and conditioner (smells amazing) breakfast has a few different options and of course the chocolate chip waffles were great! Would recommend it!

Can't say there is anything I didn't like!
