I LIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. THIS IS CLEARLY A 5 STAR HOTEL. STAFF IS GREAT. ROOM SERVICE IS THE BEST AND FAST. I WAS EVEN ABLE TO TRUST THE BELL MAN WITH MY CAR KEYS TO GRAB MY STUFF I LEFT IN THE CAR FROM MY WEDDING CELEBRATION 🍾 THE TIP WAS WELL WORTH THE SERVICE. THE ROOM WAS REALLY CLEAN CLEAN AIR THE BED IS EXCELLENT I SLEPT LIKE A KING. I WILL DEFINITELY VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Please improve receptionist efficiency. On my visit, I had to wait approximately 15 minutes to be attended, despite being the only person waiting. It seemed the receptionist was occupied with other tasks. Reducing wait times would greatly enhance the customer experience. Thank you.

I had an event and the location of the hotel was extremely important for my plans, I’m so glad to be in this property as a guest because of the amenities (piano bar, several restaurants,business center etc ) also the personal were kind, professional and courteous always with a smile and prompt to help, thank you for put up with me!

the bedroom need remodel, my bed was duty the sheet. carpet bedroom need to be clean. bathroom need remodel . need to have wash clothes and hand towels. they only have 2 towels. towels to small . my husband to big for the towel. i have to use the 2 towels, one for my hair and one for my body. my husband has to used my wet towel.

I ate at all the restaurants. No complaints, the food is excellent at all locations, breakfast is very pricey if you only want a couple eggs.

There is no refrigerator in room. Also the room at best is dimly lit at night, not enough if you are trying to work at the desk. Also, the desk chair (not desk chair) was not comfortable for long periods, did not roll or adjust height.

Could not have breakfast. Environment was good. Attentiveness (by everyone) was good.

Breakfast not available early enough. Cleanliness definitely needs improvement. Full vacuuming and full sweeping - not good. Toilet was used- paper found inside. Please check walls for necessary wipe down.

Hotel was great, room and bed where super comfortable. Hotel was very clean and the staff was great. I also loved that the hotel had parking lot security since the parking lot is not gated. Great location as well!

I was given a room that was far and away from the pool... However both pools looked dirty snd uninvitingn . Restaurants were expensive. in one restaurant there was no salt shaker. i got no lemon with my under cooked salmon. the waiter never checked back after he served my meal. I would not recommend the Italian restuarant.

Two pool areas and a very good mexican breakfast. Very kind people. The hotel is an enclosed facility with more buildings and restaurants. The Italian restaurant has the best Ceasar salad we have ever had, though the prices are higher.

Double beds are too narrow - not OK. The cold water in the pools. But we stayed in exceptionally cold period, I understand that a desert city doesnt need heated pools much.

What an amazing hotel and the staff there was incredible. Right from checking in to leaving they made me feel like I was extremely welcomed. The location and atmosphere was amazing.

Was slightly disappointed in the restaurant service. The hotel staff set such a high standard and yet the staff in the restaurant was not even close.
