Absolutely loved the staff. I was greeted with hibiscus juice as I checked in. They were super happy and helpful people. They seemed genuinely surprised when I tipped them and they outright refused to take the money. I had to convince some of them. I wanted to connect my ChromeCast, but it wouldn’t work and one of the ladies found a HDMI chord for me to use instead. The stag made the place feel like home. That was my third hotel on a week, since I went to Singapore and Malaysia prior and I have to say that the staff was the best here.

The room was very clean and it was really worth the price. It has all the basic things you'll need. The swimming pool and rooms were very pretty and aesthetic. There is also a small cafe at the lobby where you can enjoy some food. The location was also not bad, there is 7-11 nearby and it was really convenient especially when I was craving for a late night snack! The staff were really nice, we came early and some drinks were served to us as we were waiting for our rooms to be ready.

Hotel is very clean. Room looks very modern. They have a kettle, small refrigerator and hair dryer in the room. Big closet space. Many electric sockets. Towels, pillows and linen are good quality. Front desk staff and door men are helpful and some are conversant in English. BTS skytrain station is about 5 mins walk from the hotel. There is a restaurant at the lobby and a convenience store beside the hotel. The pool looks very inviting. Safe surroundings.

Everything was perfect!! The staff was amazing couldn't ask for better staff... all amazing people... Hotel was very clean and comfortable, also swimming pool was good and clean.. We had an amazing stay , overall I put 9 instead of 10 only because the breakfast could be improved , we didn't book breakfast because was not attractive.. For the rest an amazing stay super recommended 👌!! Thank you cascade hotel team!!

Nice rooms, nice facilities, location was a bit further out of the interesting part of the city but still very easily accessible. Amazing food in the restaurant, coffee was pretty good as well with all kind of plant based milk that was a plus as its not very common in Thailand.
