The owners and staff of La Playa Hotel were wonderful hosts and made an effort to make sure we had a wonderful stay. We were completely spoilt with an amazing breakfast which includes cooked eggs, salumi, vegetables, fresh fruits, yoghurt, cereal, croissants, pain au chocolate, cappuccino, and gorgeous homemade cake. The rooms are very comfortable and it was a real treat to stay in a room with a sea view from the balcony and the Marsalforn Bay beach only 4 minutes walk away. There was a rack on the rooftop terrace to dry bathing clothes and towels. The owners were happy to advise us about different places to visit and sights to see. Thank you, we had a great stay and hope to see you again!

Easy to get to. Located literally 2 steps from the seafront. Upon arriving you'll find a paper with your name, instructions and key. We were in doubt if to just take them and go to the room. But we messages the owner through the booking.com app and she promptly called up. Very available. The room was AC'ed and just enough for a quick one night stay. The bfast in the morning started earlier than usual as we had advised that we will be leaving early. It was delicious and fresh and everything served with a smile.

A tiny suggestion, if you're a light sleeper it might be a good idea to take ear plugs. We could hear our next door guest having his shower and snoring through the night. The light in the room was slightly poor, had a wedding and getting make up on was a slight struggle. Other than that everything else was just fine 😊😊

The location of the hotel is very special, as it is very close to the famous swimming beach in Marsa El-Farn. We noticed a development in the hotel’s appearance and interior design compared to previous years. The hotel management is interested in the cleanliness of all the hotel’s facilities and meets the needs of the guests in a simple and practical way. The breakfast is very reasonable and sufficient in quantity, quality and greetings to The dining room supervisor how provides her services with a smile and a welcome. In general, I find the hotel to be one of the most suitable places to spend a fun and interesting time on the island.

The hotel has an excellent location in the centre of the small town. Right next to bus stop for further travel. It's real asset is it's staff from owner to cooks and cleaners, nothing was too much trouble.

Room was on the small side for a twin (non couple sharing) would have been much better for couple. But this is a very small minus on the hotel as a whole

The lady who prepared the breakfast very sweet , breakfast very good, the way she cooked the eggs , delicious.

If receptionist work nights is better, because we stayed only one night, and in the middle of the night someone was screaming, fighting and shouting in the hotel, running the stairs .... hotel for the safety reason security guard or receptionist must have it maybe

Very Friendly staff and welcoming. The room was clean. Breakfast was very good and staff check if you need anything while having breakfast. Nice seaview from the balcony and at the evening one can enjoy the breeze. Thank you

Very good value for money in a very central location in Marsalforn. Just 30 seconds away from the beach.

For the price paid, it was very worth it. I could have done with more pillows and with coffee and tea available in the room to accompany the kettle and water provided. However, these are just details. Hotel is highly recommended.

Always a good stay at la playa. We planned to travel with our 5 month old. Found a cot nicely set up next to the bed.

The faucet of the bathroom sink was broken. Water started filling up before we realized that it wasn't going down. Other than that all was good.

The staff and the owner were very accommodating friendly.and helpful and had some good tips.of.where to go room was spacious and just right Location.is perfect just a stroll away from the beach and other amenities

Such a friendly, welcoming and comfortable hotel. staff were fantastic, rooms were spacious and clean and just felt so comfortable. there was so much choice with the breakfast and the food was delicious so much more than just a continental breakfast.
