It’s a friendly and cozy place, located just in front of the train station, therefore it’s very easy to access the main gondola (just one stop away and it’s included in your ski pass)! Room is nice and clean, bed and pillows comfortable. It was warm and quiet staying. Breakfast and afternoon snack well organized, variety of foods. Even though spa doesn’t have jacuzzi and tepidarium, you may completely enjoy in indoor swimming pool as well as in steam room and sauna- enough for relaxing moments after the ski.

First night we ordered pizza for dinner that wasn’t tasty and eatable at all, but it was possible not well prepared just that time, so I wouldn’t take it as a bad example. Contrarily, staff were so considerate and generous so they didn’t charge us for that pizza.

Everything was amazing. Located right across the main train station in Kitzbuhel. Room was spacious with a spectacular view of the river. Our room was 221. Cleanliness was A+. All the hotel employees were very friendly and welcoming. Food included was spectacular. The breakfast had everything you could imagine and more, top quality. There was also included with the stay a “snack/late lunch/happy hour” from 5-7pm I believe and they had cheeses, hams, breads etc… There is an indoor pool, gym, sauna, steam room, all amazing. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, just a short walk to the city, and the train to the main ski station is right across – a huge convenience. It’s a cozy boutique hotel with very friendly service. Delicious breakfasts and afternoon snacks. The spa is very nice – exceptionally large, clean saunas, and a pool. Comfortable beds and rooms, and the temperature in the hotel is perfect.

The amenities were wonderful and clean. They had a stocked bar with liquor beer and wine that you could get yourself and would be charged to the room. The breakfast spread was wonderful every morning with a great espresso machine. It was right across the street from the train station so it was very convenient with bags. A bit of a walk each morning to the lifts but the rental places had lockers to store the equipment in so it wasn't bad. Would definitely recommend bringing cash into Austria for any foreigners coming to visit!

Everything was just great, room was spacious, staff is super friendly, breakfast and snacks in the evening - delicious! Great location as well - close to the station that brings you to the ski lift in 2 minutes. Even though station was literally next door - we didn't have any problems with noise. Also, view was soooo nice - we were looking at both mountains and small river.

We loved this property! The rooms were cozy with great views of the river and Kitzbuhel. 10 minute walk to town. Or you can take the train (right next door) to the gondola. The happy hour had great snacks and wine. And breakfast was great. Loved the dining areas and the common areas. The pool and sauna were a nice unexpected bonus. We would definitely stay again.

The bathrooms are small, but not problematic for us.

Superb breakfast but what is a highlight of this hotel is the afternoon treat with a variety of tasty goods. Also the train station from which in 2' you get to the main ski lift ( Hahnenkammbahn) is located just in front of the Hotel.

Comfortable rooms, good facilities, excellent breakfast. Convenient location few steps from the train station. Heated ski storage.

Most of the rooms don’t have that promised Mountain view. It’s quite a walk to the nearest restaurants, around 15 mins as there is nothing around.

Had the most amazing, peaceful, comfortable stay here. The staff was amazing and helpful, our room next to the river was so beautiful. Breakfast and snacks included every day, plus a pool and sauna. This place is the best!!!
