The gentleman for evening check was thoughtful and courteous. There is a paid buffet, evening bar, and they sell microwave foods in lobby. Location safe and convenient for sports teams competing at crossplex. There was room for school buses. Hotel seems new or recently updated. Small indoor pool and gym. Restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking and lighting outside. Tiny dog area and station with bags and trash. Adjacent parking lot has plenty of grass and treed area for pets. King rooms have shower and double queens had tub. Microwave and mini fridge in rooms. Instant coffee with pods.

Morning breakfast lady was upset that a hungry sports team ate all the bacon and she didn't want to make more. Daytime ladies not that friendly or helpful. Bed too soft and sunk in the middle. Mold around floor of shower. Wish there was free breakfast and that there was enough food to eat when paying extra for it. Sign in room said we could not use provided disposable cups for heating drinks in microwave which was disappointing.

Property felt intimate and secluded, tucked away off of the main road. We had a pleasant check in experience and the room was immaculately clean. Only issue that we come across was the sun shade covering the window wouldn’t work so it was fairly dark in the room. Luckily we were only there overnight and didn’t really need the daylight. Otherwise, everything was great!

I would recommend more than 2 wash cloths in the bathroom for two people, however I imagine if we truly needed them we could have requested more - but was in a hurry.

Spacious room, digital key access, no loud noises and staff during the chat option were very helpful and responsive on time. Got to do a late check out so no rushing to get up and out.

There was no errors within the property we had a little mishap at check in due to a error with the payment system not showing our paid reservation but the chat service for Hilton was excellent and got it situated quickly.

The bathroom sink had hair and toothpaste in it when we checked in, but housekeeping immediately cleaned it for us. I'm not sure how it cleared the check-in list.

It was cleaned from outside to inside. It is beautiful place and safe for a couple or a family to enjoy without worrying about safety in my opinion.

Paying for breakfast. You lost a lot of customers to Drury Inn because you charge for breakfast.

I did not have breakfast. The location is great, it is located near restaurants and shopping centers are within walking distance. The hotel itself has amazing food and drinks. The cleanliness of the hotel is what I love the most.

Everything is always good. I truly have no complaints about any stay I have ever had at the Hilton. The staff and the check-in process are always easy and helpful in accommodating my needs.

Close to to the freeway 65 very clean, staff was very friendly. Rooms were nicely decorated and beds very comfortable. Bathrooms clean and nice. Rooms had Keurig coffee pots and microwave and refrigerator.

The only thing we found wrong with the room was the refrigerator was enclosed in a cabinet and the outside of it got very hot because there is no ventilation for it so we left the door of the cabinet open. Didn’t seem safe.

This property has been my number one favorite. This was my second stay and it was just as good as the first.

Staff was very friendly - we were in town for Talladega Race so I asked what he knew about Talladega and he suggested what time we should leave to be there, which was helpful. Hotel was very nice - clean, spacious, and a safe location.
