Loved every minute of our stay here for our honeymoon and they made it extra special. The hotel is huge which we did not realise until we got there. We stay in hotel 3 which has a private pool for the hotel with an incredible view. It is also where the gym is and it was the best gym in our entire 1 month stay in Asia. The sunset from the room was also amazing. Bed was comfy, designs of the rooms were traditional. They provide a free 24 hour truck ride from the reception to your room which was also amazing. Other reviews have said it is hard to get to the next beach because of the rocks and barbed wire however, they have sorted this out and the pathway is safe. It is only a 2 minute walk across the rocks to the next beach so do not let these review put you off. Would defiantly come back again.

Breakfast could have slight more variety as changes every other day but there was a huge amount to choose from.

The resort is very nice. it feels in a funny way that you are at th White Lotus. Once you are in, it is difficult to get out as there are so many amenities. Thé food they serve at breakfast is quite good. Thé pool in the room which at first feels a little over the top, is actually very useful after a long day in the sun. The room was super comfy and the bamboo clad bathroom very exotic

Thé fact that you have to call the reception every time you need to access every hotel amenity so they can pick you up in a beautiful wooden car and drive you everywhere is a little exhausting in the end. Next to the hotel beach which is beautiful but not the best for swimming there is an incredible postcard beach. it is accessible through the rocks in the right side of the hotel beach and it takes 3 minutes to get there.

We loved everything about the resort. The villa was stunning, from the comfortable bed, the enormous bathroom and outdoor shower and bath, the amazing plunge pool, the presentation of the room every day and the kind touches and gestures, the wooden look of everything including the cars, the wonderful staff who were always smiling and helpful, the yoga classes, the stunning beach and swimming pools, the incredible spa and the wonderful treatments we had, the glorious breakfasts and other meals and the general welcoming vibe and the peace of the place. Loved every single minute thank you

This place is amazing, loved the traditional Thai feel of the resort. The views from our room were spectacular. The food and facilities excellent. It was a very short and easy walk to the neighbouring Thong Nai Pan Noi Beach. This area of the island is like being in a movie scene, tropical and stunning island life. We were high up on the hill side, the resort provides cars to drive yup up to and down from your room. They operator 24x7 and you never have to wait more than a couple of minutes for the car to arrive and take you where you need to go.

Nothing to note here. Can't wait to visit again.

The staff is really nice and helpful with very good english. The hotel also offers a very good and responsive shuttle service in order to move around the hotel and outside. The room is really big with everything that you need. The hotel's pool is big with a beautiful waterfall. The beach is also beautiful. The hotel also offers a boat shuttle service to and from Koh Samui. The massage was amazing. The breakfast was really good with good variety.

The location of the hotel is pretty isolated. The concept of the hotel is nature so the bathroom has no celling which can be nice sometimes but also vulnerable to bugs and rain. It also makes it a little bit dirty. Because everything is in the open you probably gonna see some bugs and lizards in your room or outside of it.

Resort built into the side of a hill has amazing views from both restaurants. Rooms are good size. Good variety of food at breakfast and menu at both restaurants. Cute tuk tuks transport you to wherever you want to go within the resort because of how steep the terrain is.

We stayed in a swim up room with a beautiful pool right at our little patio. Wish it had of been an adult only pool as there were families with screaming kids that didn’t make for a tranquil stay. For the money we paid the resort should address this for future. There small beach that the resort is situated on is not nice. The sand is rough and water dirty. Only a small walk over the rocks to much nicer beach and little village with restaurants and shops. Our stay was ok, but wouldn't stay again.

Incredible location. We loved everything

The hotel structure and layout are a truly genuine, local and traditional representation of Thai style. The hotel location itself is superb. Gym is supeb. Staff is very good and the 3 restaurants are very good too.

The hotel is located on a steep hill and is pretty big with facilities scattered here and there. There is 24/7 shuttle service (super fast) available to take you to the room or up to the gym or down to the restaurants - getting around autonomosuly on foot is demanding. If you are in a good shape and wants to train a bit, it is ok, otherwise you are not fully indipendent and need to wait 3, 4 minutes each tome for the shuttle. The hotel beach is not super. You need to go to the second nearest beach which is 4 minutes walk from the hotle but the path to get there is requires a bit of a "hiking".

The shuttles to and from rooms which is available 24/7 is great - we stayed not too far away from reception near the fitness centre but other rooms / villas may be further away which means you could only rely on the shuttles as opposed to us walking back to the room the odd time. Breakie was great with a good selection - the eggs Benedict were delicious! The staff were extremely pleasant and service was fab! You can get to the local town on foot (but it is over rocky terrain at the back of the hotel near the main pool behind the Titan restaurant). This has good food spots and bars. If you’re coming from Samui - check the times of the speedboat as it goes from the airport and goes directly to hotel. It may be better value than a private shuttle. We didn’t get this but regretted it! It was hard to understand the communication on it to be fair!

The hotel itself would benefit from more maintenance. We saw some ongoing so hopefully it will be addressed in other parts. It is clear the place is a little worn out. If you are immobile - I wouldn’t suggest this as a place to go as lots of hills, steps and step inclines. We had seen some falls so best avoid if immobile!

The architecture of this resort is amazing, every piece of wood you can see has beautiful carvings. The eye for detail in this place is spot on and showcases Thai culture everywhere. Sat on the side of a hill it does have alot of steep paths but there is a shuttle service if you need it. Our villa was huge and had a beautiful indoor outdoor bathroom - don’t worry! The beach pool was beautiful, really thoughtfully designed into the natural landscape - boulders in the pool made you feel like you were in the sea. Huge breakfast selection and lovely dinners down by the beach

We came after some bad weather so beach wasn’t great, but that’s not really their fault, perhaps more staff cleaning up the rubbish that was washing in as otherwise it was washed back out.
