good location. modern. facility is very good. room is good size and comfortable.

need to have milk for the tea and coffee facility rather than powder milk. one receptionist had bad attitude. really spoiled it for me. as soon as I asked about alternative parking around hotel instead of parking in the €25 hotel parking, he couldn't be bothered. as it turns out there are lots of free parking around the hotel. I parked on the road just by the hotel car park. and there is no problem with lots of expensive cars parked next to mine! and all cars intact in the morning.

We stayed here after checking into another place we had reserved, only to find our room was uninhabitable due to the heater being broken, stuck full blast on hot. It was 30 c or more in there and we just couldn't cool it down. We found this place on Booking and the kind people here took us in despite the late hour and gave us a comfortable room. Breakfast was spectacular. We will always appreciate this hotel.

Location is not very convenient for tourism.

The hotel's prime location is highly commendable, offering a splendid view from the rooms. The tranquility of the surroundings enhances the overall experience. The furniture and overall setup adhere to contemporary standards, contributing to a modern and sophisticated ambiance.

This marks our second visit to this hotel. While our initial experience was notably exceptional, regrettably, our recent stay has been somewhat disappointing. Several aspects contributed to this sentiment, commencing with the unavailability of the hotel restaurant during our visit. Additionally, the reception appeared to be understaffed, impacting the overall service quality. Our accommodations were inadequately prepared by housekeeping, leading to the absence of basic amenities such as towels. Furthermore, the parking fees appear disproportionate to the services provided.

Exceptionally tasty and various breakfast 😋, nice room, good location, friendly staff, early (!), checkin, quick checkout. New furniture in room, good view, comfort temperature in room, good blanket.

The shower was like a shower cabin, and it goes right in the corridor, which is not very convenient. There was a slight mess up with registering to Marriott loyalty program, but reception stuff was able to help.

We used this hotel for a pit stop heading south. Although it is located in a busy street, you don't notice this at all in the hotel. The car entrance is via the back in a shared parking garage. Although expensive (18 euro's) it is very good accessible and can be reached via stairs or elevator. The rooms are spacious and have all you need. The airco works and is silent. Hotel has the greatest gym ever. Very big (around 50 m2) with everything you might need. Breakfast superb.

The restaurant is overpriced (30 euros for a schnitzel) and does not breath a very cosy atmosphere. Better go 'down town' on a 10 minute walk. Drinks at night are ok. The room has an interesting lay out meaning the bathroom is 'in the room'. The shower and toilet are behind a glass (milk glass door) but the sink and mirror and in the room. Nice but not for a 'first date' stay. Just to be aware of.

Just outside of downtown, so very easy to get around. Very friendly staff, comfortable room, exactly what you expect from a hotel in this price-range.

There's plenty of free parking in the streets behind the hotel, yet the website and staff insist that you use their very own parking garage for 25 Euros per day which is a bit inflated to say the least.

Friendly staff: I thought I wouldn't get it because it wasn't there when I made the reservation, but when I checked in, they gave me a room for the handicapped. The staff was very helpful when it was difficult to connect to the internet.

1. I would like you to explain in advance how to connect to the Internet. It was difficult to solve by myself, so I had to go down to the lobby with my laptop. 2. It was difficult to access the parking lot after checking in. It was very inconvenient to park the car in front of the hotel, check in, and drive along the long road under construction to the parking lot. It was also difficult to go to pick up the car after checking in. Considering that it is under construction, wouldn't it have been better to explain in detail how to get to the parking lot without the guidance of the staff, or write a notice on the door leading to the parking lot from the lobby?

It was my B-day during my stay and the staff left me a Happy Birthday card for me in my room.

I had to pay a deposit per night that I stayed, which was something like 50 euros per night. Quite expensive, since I stayed 4 nights. The staff were kind enough to let me pay straight away, so that I could get my deposit back.

The hotel is very modern and new. Room was big enough, and bed was very comfy. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Definitely we would come back.

I liked everything. FYI: It's not close to the city center. For us, it was not a problem since we knew it when we booked it; the walk to the Palace and old bridge is easy and pleasant.
