This is my second stay at Easy Hotel, Oxford and it was great once again. I needed an inexpensive room for two nights so that I could catch up with friends and it did the job perfectly. The room was comfortable and clean and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. I had a peaceful stay undisturbed by any noise from Summertown high street or other hotel guests. There is a car park (with limited space - £15/day) but I was able to get a slot with an EV charger, which was absolutely ideal.

There is nothing not to like unless you are expecting a dining room, roof-top pool or gymnasium in which case you will be disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in Oxford, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional, thanks in large part to the amazing reception team. Elena, Miya, and Daniel were all incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional together with the entire team. They made checking in a breeze and provided helpful recommendations for local attractions, which really enhanced my experience. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but it was the outstanding service from Elena, Miya, and Daniel that truly stood out. I look forward to returning and will certainly recommend this hotel to others! Many thanks!

I arrived far too early for check-in but was offered a room that was ready (and an upgrade) so that I could freshen up before heading off to the event that had brought me to Oxford. The staff on the front desk were charming and my room was spotless. The hotel is basic but was once again exactly what I needed for my visit. I paid £15 to park in their small car park and was able to connect to the charger.

It would be nice if there was a cup in the bathroom - but I could have helped myself to one from reception where there is tea & coffee making facilities. I will try to remember next time. At £51 for my room I really don’t have any gripes!

The room was very small but it had everything we needed. The staff were all lovely and when I asked for extra pillows they were very helpful. I also needed a rubbish bag for some left over food and the man on floor 1 on Sunday afternoon, despite not speaking English, was able to help me and was very friendly. It meant I didn't have to leave a mess of leftover food in the room. The room was so quiet. My son has never slept so well. I actually had to wake him up at 8am! He is autistic and usually awake by 6am at the latest. I will definitely use Easy Hotel again.

Personally I'd like a window that opens, even if just a small amount. I like fresh air.

Excellent location- on the main road and for those asking on the booking.com website, yes the rooms have en suite toilets. Just opposite and on the same side as the hotel are the Summertown shops, restaurants, cafe's (plenty), supermarkets and others. Take the 2 or 2A bus and your at the city centre in under 10 minutes. If your are fit its a 3Km walk. Elena and Miya at the front desk were very helpful :-)

The rooms are a little "compact", but comfortable. If only the rooms had a little more space. I am sure this is my fault for not booking a more spacious room. If you are more than one traveller I highly recommend going for the largest availbale room. Because of the budget nature of the property, tea/coffee and water are located at the reception.

I really enjoyed the location and availability of everything nearby - delicious breakfasts and dinner options in 50m, groceries if needed, etc. Bus stop across the street. The room was clean and well lightened. Mattress highly comfortable so great for rest after full walking day. Hotel staff is also extremely helpful and open.

Room was quite small unfortunately. But quite enough if you have purpose only to sleep and all the day exploring. It was also lacking hair dryer and some closet for things, but coped with it.

The hotel where I stayed at didn’t provide any breakfast at all but it did provide a facilities machine where you can help yourself to some coffee, tea or hot water. If you wanted to buy some breakfast, you had to cross the road to get to the other side of Banbury Street. The shower was nice and was fully equipped with plenty of hot water which was beneficial for when you woke up in the morning or got back from a long day of touring the town centre.

I didn’t like the window view so much. It was basically a view looking out into a secluded garden patio terrace surrounded by lots of other windows. The size of the room could have been a lot bigger too.

Room was very clean, staff were friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Close to bus stop for getting around but only a half hour walk into the city centre anyway so good location. Parking was very useful but can see it filling up fast.

Very basic amenities for the room. The toilet roll was already half used and there wasn't a second one there for us. I'm sure we could have asked if needed at reception for one but really there should be a new roll available in the room. Also no spare pillow in the room we could see. The room itself was tiny once we brought luggage in, would be fine if you were alone but as a couple it was awkward moving about the room to do things

Thank you for your hard work at the reception desk, Elena and Miya! The receptionists were all very kind, helpful and all smiled. The hotel has neat passage- ways and clearly marked sign-posts helping me to find rooms, reception area etc. The whole building was very very smart, clean and tidy and well sign-posted from the street; Orange is a very good colour! My room although compact was all top ten out of ten in quality. Good TV with many choices of programmes. Shower was immaculate! There are a selection of snacks and hot drinks in two vending machines at reception instead of Tea-making facilities in each room and the fire escape routes are clear, available and easy to understand. Elena said I could have up to an extra hour in which to check out and free of charge!

Not much to complain about today.
