Apartment is in a very central location. Rooms are done to a good standard with nice personal touches like the Prosecco & crisps on arrival. We had suite 6 two bedrooms (double & a twin) and a bathroom. Rooms are very clean, beds were comfortable and bedding was very clean, we had everything we needed for our two night stay. Great for families as the kids have a separate bedroom. All suites have key code entrance for safety. Being at the back of the property was very quiet, we had no noise from other guests Safe, free parking for 4 cars on site, although you may get blocked in if parked first. We needed to contact the owner and he was very quick to respond via email and when we had to call. Can’t fault our stay.

Smell in the entrance hallway - not massive issue only bothered us when we walked in and out the property. Teenage son enjoyed it 🤦🏼‍♀️. Slight smell of damp in the room. We couldn’t work the wifi codes. Gave up in the end & just used our data. Smart TV’s, we could only watch BBC iPlayer - all other TV channels needed logins. Minor issues though over all no complaints.

The rooms were clean and tidy, Bunk beds for the kids were comfortable. The main room bed was a little too soft. Did not know that we had the use of a communal kitchen which was great.

The cloths rack in kids bedroom was falling off and was unusable. The shower on button I think was not working properly, you had to keep it pressed for the shower to remain on.

Good location, parking, excellent free Wi Fi. Rooms were comfortable, facilites excellent, nice and clean with everything needed for a familty break.

Needs a little attention, nothing major. loose stair carpet needs sorting

Lovely & clean & modern. Brilliant having the little separated kids room with bunk beds. Perfect location for us as we always try to stick to bath street.

Everything was perfect. Only thing alittle odd was there being a coffee machine but no coffee or pods or even an idea on what pods was used or where to buy them but it's a tiny thing really. Would definitely recommend this place and hopefully use again in the near future.

The booking was advertised as a 2-bed apartment, but it wasn’t. It was communal lounge / kitchen with all other rooms. Also the property advertised no children allowed, however 2 sets of guests had children with them!

Lovely apartment had everything you need for a weekend break. The beds were comfy, posh coffee machine although we didn't use it. A lovely welcome goody box crisps, biscuits and Prosecco.

The back-door could do with replacing and there seems to be a very bad leak out of the back. It could do with mirrors in the bedrooms as there was only one in the bathroom.

The staff when I've spoken to them to sort out booking were friendly and accompanying with our needs, local to town centre and amenities.

The fact the door didn't lock as it should however a staff helper came out to try and fix the problem but couldn't, thin walls so could hear everything the neighbouring suite were saying/doing

Very clean and comfortable. Comfy bed and centrally located

No hairdryer although it says there is one on the website. No coffee in the welcome tray. No mirrors on the walk to do hair and makeup. Just minor snags which are an easy fix

we had a ground floor room which we needed the room was lovely the bed was comfortable the shared kitchen / lounge was really nice would highly recommend

the only problem we found was the walls seemed thin we could hear the people next door who was very noisy but when they fell asleep you could hear the snoring very clearly also we struggled with the tv
