Very spacious and lovely location. 2 large bedrooms with own bathrooms. The hot tub was a lovely touch and worked very well

The kitchen window did not close properly and the patio doors were very difficult to open and close. There was minimal cleaning products e.g. surface spray and a few facilities were old. The receptionist messaged up our check in and checked someone else into our lodge so that caused some confusion to start with and then we gave them our number plates which they said they’d register and they didn’t.

My colleagues have sung the praises of this site - this was the 4th consecutive week that they stayed. They now expect the same level of accommodation & service each time we need to book them to stayaway for work...whoops ! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking around the area. Lodge was comfortable & well stocked with everything you'll need for a few days away from home. Plenty of choice to either eat-in, or on-site.

Guys said this week that the TV didn't work & couldn't find remote control either. However, they were working some long days, so to quite honest, this didn't worry them.

Excellent location. Jumped the train to London. 5 min walk to Roydon station. Also some amazing local walks. Bright clean and spacious. Very attentive staff. Fabulous big fluffy towels. Lodge was well equipped with dishes / cooking utensils etc. Hot tub was immaculately clean.

Really poor WiFi & phone signal which made it difficult to work which we had hoped to do.

The staff were incredibly helpful. The internet was not great and as we were over for a work trip it was very important that we had access. They went out their way to provide alternative solutions. The location is lovely and so close to the train line that getting into the city was really easy. The bar was a great addition.

The property was self contained. The property was in a great location & very clean. It was very comfortable and I would recommend this property to everyone that requires a place for more than two people.

Everything was more to our expectations. Great place to stay.

Property was fantastic - so clean and everything we needed. Great and helpful staff. Hit tub emptied and clean for new visitors. Great Indian on site too. Great stay.

Wi-Fi was awful - no service all weekend. Unfortunately, my phone service was bad too!!

booked for work colleagues, who have reported back that it was an excellent choice. Really pleased with their Lodge accommodation. Gave them the choice to either eat-out, or cook for themselves in the lodge. Loved the jacuzzi. Great location nearby to where they are working for the next month......hoping I can re-book again for next week.

Easy friendly check in. Parking next to lodge. Lodge clean, comfortable and well equipped. Location good for trains to London. Also pubs and shop in Roydon Village. Indian restaurant on site and cafe bar.

Some stains on chairs and curtains. Fans in bathroom and ensuite not working.

I've been to this place 3 times now, the staff are always really friendly and helpful..this time around I asked for new pillows as the ones I had were too hard for me and they got someone to come straight away with brand new pillows. It's always clean and comfortable, id call it home from home.

The property is ideal for those looking for a peaceful and relaxing environment. The space was more than enough for our group of four. The layout was thoughtfully designed, with plenty of room to move around comfortably.
