I stayed here with my dad for 3 nights. The location is great as it's only 5 mins away from Bradford Interchange. I liked the staff, very friendly. We were served mainly by Jay who was nice to talk to. I also liked the breakfast, but some of the sausages were a bit overkooked. Some had a weird, wrinkly texture. I enjoyed the rest of the food and for the price we paid, the overall value was good. I was suprised to find a display fridge with snacks in the lobby and a microwave where you can heat up your own food. The shower was nice and hot, the beds were comfortable, the room was spacious, clean and it came with everything we expected. Our room had a nice view too, although it was somewhat noisy during the night when people walked by. Overall I enjoyed it very much and I will stay here next time I visit my dad in Bradford.
I think the room is too dark as it doesn't have a light bulb above the beds/desk. The main light is at the entrance, but it doesn't reach far out into the room and by the bed there are only blue lights for reading.

Good location for the theatre, staff as always were very friendly. A decent buffet breakfast option in a nice space, overnight parking a very reasonable price of £1.50 for 24 hours.
TV had a very limit channel choice, would benefit with the option to connect netflix as we don’t want to spend time (ie bars) in the city apart from going to the theatre. Room was warm as no ac but the UK doesn’t get these temperatures often, a fan in the room did help. Not the hotels fault but it’s disappointing there are still empty buildings on the complex that used to be eateries.

Perfect stay here again! you just can't beat this place for it's location and value for money. Easy check-in experience with very helpful staff. Brandon on reception is very polite and cheerful, a credit to the hotel. The included breakfast is also an added bonus and delicious when you consider how cheap it is to stay here! Also noticed/overheard other members of staff on reception dealing very patiently and helpfully with other guests who appeared to have challenging circumstances. Well done to you all at Bradford Holiday Inn Express
The coffee machine was unfortunately out of service at breakfast

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and had enough space to move about it had an iron and iro ing board amazing. Tea and coffee . No noice in the corridor. Breakfast was one of the best I've had at any hotel like this it was well organised clean, and staff were on the go all the time, keeping everything going. Stay away a lot usaly premier inn no other reason than that's the one that come up first, from now on I will be using holiday inn. It's just the best hotel experience I've had on a weekend away. The staff, they could not do enough for you. They gave me tea bags and milk for my room. They were happy to speak to you and did not leave you standing there wondering when we were going to be served. The staff were very busy, but I never heard them complain they did their best to accommodate.
The carpet in the room was really worn, which made me feel I couldn't walk on it with bare feet. The bed base was marked and had a whole in it. But these did not take away from a really good stay.

Full breakfast was included. Perhaps not the most exciting or varied of choices, but of good quality and hot (plus cereal & fresh fruit). The dining area is light & airy, with a wide view out across the city. Spacious bedroom & bathroom. Parking in the connected multistorey car park is easy and very cheap.
One of the two lifts was out of action during the first half of our stay - but it was finally brought back in service. Our bedroom window let in a lot of traffic noise (loose sealant around the edge) - although we understand that all the windows are shortly to be replaced, which will solve the problem.

The staff were amazing, polite, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, so was the bathroom. Lots of variety for breakfast!
I never really have anything to complain about, but we were shocked to discover there was no air-conditioning in our room and that definitely affected our stay. It was really hot in the room during the day and at night. We did have a fan in the room but it wasn't enough. For safety reasons the window couldn't be opened, so unfortunately it was uncomfortable. Staff did offer us another fan but we didn't think it would make much difference, plus there were only two sockets to plug in in the room. I have stayed there in the past and really enjoyed my stay but the weather was hot this time and can't understand why in this day and age there was no air-conditioning.

The laid out hot and cold food was well presented and easy to serve. The staff were friendly and kept the place moving and tidy. There was a good selection to choose from so very satisfying.
It was the year Bradford City of Culture 2025. I expected more razzle dazzle..more galleries more places to look at with contemporary art work. Theatres could have been pop up and accessible. Not everyone can afford the Alambra. So a bit disappointed. Hull was much better prepared and Coventry also when they did it.

The Hotel is right across from Bradford interchange train station which was fantastic as we were using Bradford as a base to visit locations in West Yorkshire Good breakfast buffet included in the price with a reasonable if unchanging selection of food The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom likewise Very quiet, we didn't hear any other guests during our stay the staff were friendly and helpful
The room was very hot at night, it seemed to literally trap in the heat, no air-con, but thankfully a fan was provided in the room. The sink is built in too high in the bathroom

Excellent location, great breakfast and quiet location.
For some reason we were given a disabled friendly room, which we didn't need. Very spacious but unfortunately it also had a pillow vibrator in the room which on a couple of occasions vibrated and had a very loud alarm sound. It couldn't be turned off, and you weren't warned about it either. We told staff who said they couldn't do anything about it! Rather annoyed about that, but everything else was fine.
