How they did make us feel at home by supplying water and chips who like me need to drink lots of water due to my medication And like going swimming !! Too bad I forgot my swimsuit And I'm really glad there is decaffeinated coffee, not all hotels have this

The microwave The glass plate doesn't stay still as your item is warming up For myself I prefer a more comfortable bed as due to my medical problems. Having two full size beds helps one who snores lol

Ashley at front desk was amazing 👏 She was very helpful and welcoming. Any questions I had she answered. She made us feel like family. The breakfast is one of the best I've seen anywhere. Kids put together some yummy looking breakfast sandwiches!! Plus there were tater tots and pancakes. 😀 Again the breakfast attendant was so welcoming and friendly. The maintenance guy even helped get the waterside going. Ive worked in housekeeping and front desk and I haven't seen customer service like this for awhile. Top notch service 👌

Room curtains had tiny holes in them and the box spring cover on the one bed was torn. I hope im not charged for that as it was there prior.

Breakfast was good… although the cinnamon buns were not cooked. They were in the warming rack , and the dough was still raw.seems like someone didn’t know they had to be cooked. I really liked the extra touches in the rooms, such as the rags to use in bathroom. Never saw that before. Makes so much sense. I hate to wipe up spills with towels or facecloths. Also liked the robes in the room as well

Cinnamon buns could have been cooked.

Our room waas clean, big and bright with comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was excellent. Real orange juice, not watered down. Pancakes in 1 minute! Good coffee, omlettes and toast. A very good deal. We stayed in a hotel in the same city that was $10 cheaper. That place was a dump compared to this hotel.

First class complementary breakfast. Extra little touch like a free water bottle and bag of chips in the room. Bath robe. Good towels, not like sandpaper. Cookies and lemon water at the front desk, as well as children’s stuffed toys and book gift ideas.

Carpet could have been vacuumed just a little more thoroughly

Location and price was good

Breakfast was cold we went just before 10 but still eggs were cold and the sausages as well I didn’t try the hash browns they looked dried out. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. Need better system with the curtains as you can’t get them Closed enough to keep the light out.

Everything was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. My kids loved the pool and the retro gaming console we rented.

The walls were pretty thin, and I had to wear headphones to sleep because there was so much noise going on. Breakfast was mediocre.

What was there was adequate

The elevator needs a deep clean, corners not clean, work on walls needs to be completed. This makes the property look run down. The lobby doors don’t always close making it very cold at front desk and in breakfast room. The coffee was very good.

The breakfast options were good, the staff was very pleasant and helpful The waterslide and hot tub were great though the hot tub was out of order the second day The room was very cozy, no complaints Parking was free and convenient

Everything was great! We enjoyed the courteous and accommodating staff, the location, the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, parking was good - even plugins! Enjoyed our stay :)

The only issue we had was that one of the beds had a stain on the sheet. This was minor and easily fixed.
