The location--- is pivotal ! It is just a couple of NYC Subway stops away from the iconic Times Square--- which establishes excellent connectivity with the City Center. The Room was superb, with amenities as a large fridge, a large microwave oven, dish-washer, kitchen towels, toaster, coffee-maker (although I did not use this last one). Breakfast in the spacious lobby served was sumptuous Continental type, with cereals, milk, fresh fruit juices as well as some other dishes (but as a strict lacto-vegetarian, I could not avail them, as they contained eggs, meat). My room was well-maintained, clean and with decent lighting, desks, closet, iron with ironing table. It essentially was a studio-apartment. The cherry on the cake was the Manhattan-NYC-view from the window, with the magnificent Ed Koch Queensboro bridge ! The staff was all-in-all modest, helping...Enzo, Omar and in fact all of them. They resolved all issues and gave me pointers on connectivity to the locations I wanted to visit. Queensboro Plaza North and 39th Avenue Station are conveniently located (respectively two blocks and one block away). The Queens neighborhood is an upcoming one, and it feels like it has started rivaling Manhattan, given the skyscrapers that are being constructed. Thankfully, there are lots of food options including Indian food ! One added convenience: public laundromats are in the neighborhood on Crescent Street.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. A pleasant and large room and a good-sized bathroom, unfortunately with a sliding door that could not be closed properly. Kitchen with refrigerator, sink, large microwave, dishwasher. The atmosphere of a small suite with a comfortable seating area. Nice and welcomed after wandering around the city. Everything is very clean and tidy with a thorough cleaning service every day. The bed is of medium size with a mattress of average comfort. The sofa bed is not too comfortable to sleep on. The dining room where breakfast is served is excellently organised with very efficient staff. All food is replenished efficiently, tables are cleaned quickly and with the help of the staff, everyone finds a place to sit even in peak times. The stars of breakfast are definitely the waffles! A corner with coffee and tea, as well as apples at the reception are always available. The location is good in terms of proximity to Manhattan. The metro station is a few minutes' walk away. It is best to skip the walk in the area and go directly from and to the nearest metro station.

Me and my family spent 4 days in NYC during Easter. The room was very clean, recently renewed with a comfortable bed. Bathroom had a large shower. Breakfast was various and good: from omelettes or scrambled eggs to English muffin with egg and cheese or sausage/bacon and cheese. Plus waffles with a good variety of toppings, fresh fruit yogurt and for who like me has dairy intolerance....they also had Almond milk! Location is perfect with subway 1 minute from the hotel. In the area you can find very good restaurant walking distance from the hotel.

Great location, good facilities, very kind and accommodating staff that satisfied all of our requests. Family and pets friendly. Loved having a small kitchen in the room, it allowed us to cook some meals or warm some food to consume in the bedroom. The included breakfast was good and the room was cleaned daily. Wide TV with many options. The room was well furnished had almost everything we needed
I was missing some more salty options for breakfast, for instance bacon, cheese, scrambled eggs. Our room did not have an oven so we could not buy many frozen meal options (like frozen pizza). Some lamps in our room were not working. In the shower, it was only possible to regulate the temperature, not the amount of water, and a shower head would have been nice. These are all minor issues, by the way

The hotel was really nice overall. Our room was very comfty and spacious, with lots of storage, amazing views and very clean. We had everything that we needed for our 8 day stay. The kitchen was also very well equipped and I loved the big fridge, handy microwave/oven and dishwasher. The staff were really kind and all of the facilities were very spacious. The location was also handy since there's also a metro nearby and we also found it handy to go to the JKF airport.
The only downside was the breakfast. Options were very limited and there was never a change of items. The produce didn't seem very fresh either, except for the two fruit options (banana and apple). They should incorporate more options as it can become quite repetitive and basic. I have stayed in hotels that have been cheaper with more food options and better quality. Because of this, we decided to skip breakfast some days, or buying additional items from outside to complement our breakfast and have a bit of a change.

I recently spent over 11 days at the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Queens with my family, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is conveniently located close to transportation, making it easy to get to Manhattan and Times Square.
The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, which made our long stay enjoyable. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service from all the staff members. They were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. A special shoutout to Brayan, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect!

Excellent location. Nice neighborhood with shops and restaurants in walking distance. 3 minute walk to station so easy access for sightseeing but nice not to stay in the centre of all the attractions. Well equipped room with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, cups/plates etc. Was nice to be able to eat in the room if we wanted to. 2 adults and 2 children in the room. It was a bit tight but not a problem. Comfortable. Lovely shower and clean bathroom. Room serviced daily. Staff all very helpful. Excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again if I visit New York again.
Breakfast is included in the booking. It's quite basic but reflected by the price. Pancakes, oatmeal, bagels, cheese, egg. Staff replenish regularly. A bit mass produced.

The hotel is almost excellent. The room was nice, clean, spacious, well equipped with basic kitchen utensils, fridge and a dishwasher. The shower was also spacious. We got the Manhattan view which was beautiful. The food on breakfast was pretty good even for Europeans in the USA. The metro station was just few steps from the hotel which makes the way to the city center very easy. Only negative was the space where the breakfast is. It could be much bigger for the amount of people. Only option was to go for breakfast just after 6 o’clock. After 7 a.m. the space was completely full of people. Newcomers at 8 had to wait for a place to sit. The area where people could take the food was crowded and people were rude there.

Excellent location. Just a couple of stations away from Manhattan by the "E" express-line. Also, Train R and Train 7 stop at the elevated station. On the other i.e. the Queens side, Jackson Heights-Roosevelt Avenue, a mighty busy area that truly is a melting pot. Our room # 910 was like a studio apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped, self-contained, complete, with a substantial fridge and a microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, even a dishwasher, dishwashing fluid and a scrubber, etc. A fair deal of storage space, good lighting, a multitude of TV channels to watch in your free time. Decent continental morning breakfast is provided, but just one suggestion: PLEASE have some option for vegetarians, such as a grilled cheese veg-sandwich, etc. Some top floors still command a substantial Manhattan view, esp. the Empire State and others in midtown Manhattan. Great Gym, lounge areas. The Hotel tariff is on the higher end if one is on a shoe-string budget, but it is worth it for a couple or a small family. The rooms are ultra-clean, spick and span. Housekeeping is done meticulously and regularly, and the Front Desk is 24/7 functional. I must mention Enzo, Chris and others who were so courteous, cordial, modest... they treat you with respect and make you feel that you are an important 'guest' to their Hotel. They also provide you pointers for travel to the nearby places and also into Manhattan. The neighborhood is a sprawling one, with a mini-Manhattan look, with its high-rise buildings. This place is almost at the Queens-end of the Ed Koch "Queensboro" Bridge, and in good weather, one can WALK over to Manhattan--- 1st Avenue (I have done it several times, during Spring). This is so cool ! Pizzeria, Indian "Raj's Kitchen" Restaurant (esp. take-away 'to go' foodstuff), Olive Organic Market, Salad-bar [especially for vegetarians like me!], are all so close, and so are the public laundromats.
Decent continental morning breakfast is provided, but just one suggestion: PLEASE have some option for vegetarians, such as a grilled cheese veg-sandwich, etc. Caution: Avoid some notorious homeless people on the 30th Street segment. An old homeless lady requested me to fetch a slice of pizza from Mike's Pizza. When I went in the pizzeria, she swiftly followed, ordered TWO slices, grabbed a soda and chips. Only out of decency, I paid up for all that, but only once. Chivalry and benevolence would not be virtues, if you are exploited, with emotional appeals

The staff were helpful and friendly. The location is perfect : in a calm, residential area, very close to buses (20 mn ride to Madison via Queensborough bridge) and subway (5 mn ride to Central Park). The view from our room was fantastic (Manhattan and Queensborough Bridge). The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast (with a variety of sandwiches, waffles and cereals) was a nice bonus. If you're lucky, you can find free street parking around the hotel. Otherwise, there is on-site parking (for a fee), which is handy. There is also a restaurant around the corner that serves very decent food at a reasonable price.
