The staff was excellent. Initially the front desk could not find my reservation. Eventually, 1 half hour later the front desk determined my name had been incorrectly written on their guest list. The room I was provided was UNSAT. However, the staff took corrective actions to fix/resolve the problems, before I returned in the evening of the same day.

The room they gave me, was an UNSAT (torn drapes, improper (too large) shower curtain which dragged on the tub floor, and the tub would not drain properly), The next morning I told the front desk to fix the problems or provide me a different room upon my return in the evening of the same day. I was pleasantly surprised when the problems had been fixed. Cudos for those who fixed the problems with the room.

I loved the location. It is close to shopping, eating, and entertainment. The price was good and the room was clean. This is a nice hotel for the price. Customer service was outstanding . The breakfast was good. They have a variety.

The refrigerator kept going on and off. It stays on 2 hours and then cuts off. The refrigerator is also too small. The room was supposed to be a king suite . It was like a regular king-size room. The room wasn't what I thought it would be.

Milk was expired, never asked about cleaning my room or check if I needed anything. I just told them each time.i talked to the front desk and at the end of my initial stay I met managers. I had to ask. The service is excellent.

I was booked in room 209, above the pool I was told. It had a horrible smell, so I asked to be moved. No problem at all after moving into another room.

Stinky carpet, wasn't sure if a pet stayed in room before me..Air freshener and carpet cleaning often.

The location was close enough to Fort Benning for my son's Airborne graduation ceremony. It was clean and breakfast was good, offering a variety of items. The lady who was attending breakfast was friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was kind and helpful as well. The room was somewhat dated, but very clean and tidy. We would stay again!

Front desk lady was friendly and answered all my questions. Breakfast was fresh and hot. The room was very cozy, the shower had great water pressure. Great location as well.

Pool was closed.....please do not have housekeeping come early and knock... oh we're just checking. If keys are turned in its a go, if not dont knock until after 11am. We know when checkout is !!!!

Disappointed that they did not offer housekeeping services unless asked. I would have at least liked the trash removed and a fresh towel or two on my second day.

The night clerk Angela was very polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was tasting 😋.

Bathroom needed an upgrade on the tiles.

After traveling from a long trip to see my brother army graduation , staff greeted me and family politely and provided fantastic service
