Everything! Love the appearance of the property, inside and out, particularly the suite. The room had everything we needed & more, including the fully equipped kitchenette & bidet! The bed was very comfortable, there were ample plugins for our phones & outlet digital equipment. The room was quiet and peaceful. Perfect!

It was a great location and the room was huge! The staff was very friendly!

The breakfast was limited choices. They had biscuits and bacon but no gravy for the biscuits. It was very tight area. The pull out sofa bed had a dirty cover on it so we removed and requested sheets from the front desk

They didn’t clean my room until I asked them to. Typically room should be cleaned at least by second day. But I had to ask and she seemed bothered.

Hotel was super clean and room was excellent size for two queen beds. Very nice setup for kitchen. Overall the whole hotel was nice looking and clean.

Breakfast was just ok. At 8:30 in the morning no eggs left. Staff would not bring any more eggs out even though breakfast bar closed at 9:30. Very limited on breakfast selection. Not family friendly. Breakfast and hotel was geared more toward a business single person on the go. Went to desk numerous times and no one was there. Not a very good greeting staff. The hotel is way over price for what you are getting. If you or family are wanting a place to just lie down at night there are numerous hotels in Cookeville at a lower rate for the same ammenties or better. Convenient to many stores, restaurants and off highway.

The body wash, shampoo, conditioner and bath soap were never replenished. Last day we hardly had any in the bottles. No extra soap bars just in case,

Great stay. We meet family here a few times a year to pick up and drop off grand kids. My daughter is very picky about where she stays. TownePlace always meets and exceeds her high standards. The property is very near to I-40 with many dining options.

Seems pricey for a bed and a so-so breakfast Tried to book again for the return trip and they are sold out. Maybe it's because we're trying to get rooms for the weekend.

The breakfast was wonderful. Anyone, no matter dietary need could have found items to enjoy. The selections and quality was very appreciated.

The staff was the best part of this location, they were so kind and did and excellent job with anything we asked.

The showers only had Luke warm water in the mornings, but fine at night .

The breakfast was the usual expected and tasted just fine. The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful - I misplaced my room key and he gladly fixed me a new one. The room - especially the bathroom was very clean.

The coffee is always too weak!

The property was great. Very clean, perfect location. But it was the staff that made it stand out. Everyone was so incredibly nice, helpful, professional
