We enjoyed everything about this hotel (cannot tell about breakfast as it was not included in our booking). Bed was comfortable and bathroom had a big shower. Room was on the back side so very quiet. Hotel staff helped with site excursions and early morning transfer to the train station. The location is right in between the train station and the historical center. Lots of Japanese restaurants in the area in case you wish to try something different from Thai food. 7 Eleven 500mt away from the hotel

Hotel staff do the best they can to help however their English is very basic so communication can be difficult sometimes

Beautiful place, Comfy King bed, spacious room with kitchenette,(no cooking) . Nice Bathroom, great hot water. Loved the balcony and private. Small pool but nice. Really good gym. Massage spa right there, good staff and prices for massage.

TV just has standard cable.

I liked most the spacious room that almost felt like a studio, since it features a kitchen with a stocked (with a variety of drinks) fridge. The old city center surrounded by the moat is nearby, just as some cool bars. The surroundings of the bar are really nice.

Breakfast was not so good. I've seen no fruits and whatever time I came, 7:45, 8:45 or 9:30, nearly all warm choice was finished or about to. Today, with 35 degrees already at breakfast time, a chicken dish was already cold. Rice, soups and freshly baked eggs were never a problem though.

From the friendly welcome, to the daily helpful service both from front desk staff to housekeeping staff we were very pleased. Every request we made to the front desk staff was cheerfully responded to, with several excellent eating suggestions. There was ample room for luggage storage and clothes hanging. The room is well planned and equipped, the bed comfortable and the linens of good quality. The balcony is a good size with an outdoor sink. The location was convenient for walking to the centre. The bathroom was a good size and very modern with good space for storing toiletries. We enjoyed the pool. We did not use the fitness room but saw that it was well equipped. Our one meal in the restaurant was very good.

As we were there over the New Year’s celebrations, there was some loud music from the bar next door. This may not be a regular occurrence.

The hotel is spotlessly clean. The pool area is well laid out and well screened. Stayed in December and beautifullly laid out with trees reindeer etc. Saltwater pool lovely and refreshing and suitable for fitties to do lengths. Menu extensive and food lovely and extremely cheap by UK prices. Room very big full air conditioning modern spotlessly clean. Price very cheap. Had two week stay here only so nothing to compare it with but thought it was excellent.

Very minor issue with plug on the lamp which would have failed a uk PAT test as frayed but completely minor

Outstanding Hotel with beautiful friendly staff and everything you need around you. Food quality at the Restaurant was exceptional as was the massage facilities with fantastic prices in both. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

A safe in every room would be ideal and maybe something for the Hotel management too look at.

SWIMMING POOL DETAILS FOR LAP SWIMMING. The pool is rectangular and perhaps 18 to 20 meters in length and 4 to 5 meters in width. The depth throughout is the standard 1.2 meters. There is a pool shower (no soap or shampoo) and special pool towels are provided. It is possible to swim laps here. However, the last time I stayed here (2 weeks ago, the water in the pool was so murky that (even when wearing goggles at noontime) I could not see more than 1 meter in front of my face. I was worried about swimming into the wall. I complained about it in my previous review. This time I am happy to report that the water was much clearer than previously. I would like to thank the management for the improvement

The walls are a little thin and/or the neighbors can be a little loud.

Staff were friendly. Room was quite spacious. Swimming pool is nice. Restaurant food was very good.

The breakfast buffet was lacking in variety for a vegetarian. Room was a little grubby. The sun loungers at the pool could have been spread around a little better.

Hotel felt like an "oasis" in the area. Staff were good if a bit weak in english (not a big deal, "sign language" works and if you wait they can find someone who does speak english). 7-eleven nearby.

Water pressure could have been a bit better. Also - this is not the fault of the hotel - DO NOT TRUST GOOGLE MAPS, the entrance to the hotel is along the MAIN road (it is a small entrance almost obscured by other signs), if you are being routed to alleyways etc. it is wrong. You follow the main road, look for the sign announcing the hotel, and turn in.

this is a great comfortable hotel close to the centre of Korat. but in a quiet area off the Main Street . rooms a clean and serviced well every day. There is a nice pool also. we have stayed here a number of times while visiting family. There are also washing and drying machines on site you can use

My only complaint is the reception desk can feel very frosty. staff for some reason don’t greet you with the usual friendly Thai style. some work on customer service needed. That said it would not stop me from staying again
