The staff was incredibly attentive and focused on customer satisfaction. We were able to check in several hours early, and they even surprised us with a complimentary treat from the hotel in celebration of a birthday. The room was excellent, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts were varied and delicious. The hotel also offers a minibar, sports equipment, and bicycles for rent, making it easy to stay active during our visit. There is free parking and a beautiful garden with apple trees. Apples are available for free.

It was a bit stuffy in the room, and there was no air conditioning, although fans were available at reception. The bicycles for rent were not in the best condition.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the staff. They truly made my stay excellent. I was warmly welcomed at the reception, and they helped me carry my bags. I was alone with a small child, and I received help whenever I needed anything. At breakfast in the restaurant, at the reception, and even the housekeeper offered assistance whenever she came by. It was a real pleasure to stay there! Thank you to the staff!!!

The room was clean and just what we wanted at the time. Breakfast included variety of choises, great breakfast. Location is excellent whether you want to go to Riga by train or enjoy Jurmala beaches. I cannot thank enough wonderful staff that helped us with everything, including taking to medical care. Thank you so much and love from Finland!

Parking lot was little tight, but we managed to have parking spot as agreed earlier. Our room did not include AC, and it was little too hot even after getting ventilator in the room.

The location was great. It was near Jomas Iela, the main street of Jurmala where all the boutiques and restaurants are. One of the attractions of this hotel is that it is located in Jurmala and is one of the wooden villas that Jurmala has so many of. The parking was good and the breakfast buffet was very good the next morning. We would have wanted to have more time to enjoy this place, but was had to push on to the next waypoint in our long trip.

We loved the breakfast, it was really delicious. Close to the center with a parking lot.

Lady and sir at the reception were a little bit confused about our stay and didn`t speak English.

Location is OK, ca 1 km to the beach. Breakfast was great, a lot of fish dishes. Air conditioning works well, but...

... who loves fresh air and bird voices and keeps window open I should consider with traffic noise. Third floor rooms are not so spacious.

Room very spacious, bathroom huge with a corner bath. Could do with a shower curtain though. Bathroom even had heated floors. Plenty of parking off street. Breakfast was okay. Receptionist very helpful and welcoming. Excellent location.

Noise coming in from outside, it being on a busy street, not much can be done about it I suppose. Creaky floor. The decor could be updated. Receptionist didn't speak Latvian, despite the hotel being in Latvia.

We were checked in a bit earlier than announced:) The beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and there was a choice of meals.

There was a rather steep staircase to reach the room. There are no shelves in the wardrobe, just some hangers. When the light is on in the toilet, immediately the fan starts working making a loud noise:(

Conveniently situated next to the train and bus station, city centre and beach within walking distance, spacious room, lots of windows, view of the trees, big garden, extremely friendly staff, absolutely delicious breakfast.

The room without air conditioning was hard to sleep in during the night, because it was quite hot during the day. Not sure if a good or a bad thing, but I caught three mosquitos before going to sleep : )
