All communications with the property management were immediate and very friendly. I was upgraded without request. The rooms provided lots of natural light, wonderful block out shades and the mattress was extremely comfy. No bothersome noise whatsoever, neither from room neighbors nor the outside. Furnishings were comfortable, well kept and inviting. The kitchen nook provided all basics for the preparation of coffee/ tea or breakfast/ snacks. For longer stays the full-sized fridge comes in handy. Just across the street is a bakery and snack shop!

The recycling bin had a broken lid.

Great facilities for checkin and checkout. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. I'll be back for sure. It was de second time I was there.

The only drawback: The main door does not close well and there is a draft that generates an uncomfortable noise.

Flat is new, all is new inside and outside. Hot water,dishes, lots of different lights, fridge, kitchen, towels,soap, hot floors

Synthetic bed linen, dust under furniture,smoking nabours (smoke goes inside the room), room was very small for 3 persons,but for 1 night it is wonderful. It is strange, but there were no suitable cups for coffeemaker.

Very nice apartment with little balcony. Everything you need is there.

Since it was a very hot weekend, a fan or A/C would have been nice :)

Very nice, new and well equipped Apartment in a quiet area. Bonus for a big balcony area! (would have been nice to sit there in Summer/Spring). I think it is very well suitable for a short-term living :)

Internet wasn't working properly during the night we stayed there, also there was no signal for Mobile in the room. It is also best to come here with car. The Supermarket is not anywhere nearby so we had to be prepared.

The building is modern, clean and newer construction. Nice high-end appliances. Excellent washer - but a dryer would have been appreciated. Very quiet location and after 8 PM (20:00) everyone closes their shutters and are silent.

It would be nice to have a dryer with the washer. The buildings main door slams VERY hard and loud, this should be easily solved with some insulation so it does not bang each time the door is closed.

Host let us in 4h before check in time and that helped us a lot with our journey! Cozy and clean place.

This cozy little apartment was a great stay in a small town in Bavaria. Lovely amenities and very secure, with free parking on-site. Had a lovely stay and lots of space.
