wonderful facilities. Great breakfast, more than the regular cereal, we had sausage and eggs, so breakfast was perfect. Beds were comfortable they meet my request easily for our rooms to be close together. Beds were comfortable and clean. Check in was easy and staff was kind. I was very satisfied with my stay. We were conviently located across from Walmart which was such a plus.

The only issue we had was that one of the rooms, the air didn’t work. Which made it pretty warm. Since it’s basically winter it wasn’t a deal breaker for us and changing rooms would have meant we would have split up. So we made do. Otherwise everything was great.

The breakfast was great. Eggs, waffles, yogurt, sausage, biscuits n gravy, cereal, juice, assortment of baked goods, ect…. Room was clean, we had a pull out couch that had not been cleaned so we got extra linens and cleaned it, wasn’t a big issue. We had tea n coffee in the room, plus all the amenities needed for travel such shampoo, lotion ect. I would def stay here again.

Again other than having to clean the couch it was great. The staff amazing!

From the accommodations all the way down to the wonderful and helpful staff everything was excellent! The location was great! The continental breakfast was ok! it needed a few more food choices in my personal opinion. The dining area for the breakfast was enjoyable, very comfortable and relaxing and seasonal for October:) Overall our accommodation experience met and exceeded our expectations!

Our door lock wasn’t locking properly… we had too force it close to ensure that it was locked for safety. We made note of it at check out and was told that they appreciated us bring it to the staffs attention.

This hotel was a good stop while traveling along I 75. Check in was easy and the staff were very helpful with recommending a nearby restaurant. The hotel was clean and it had all of the basic things that you need.

For some reason, this hotel had some sort of bird sounds that I suppose were supposed to be relaxing. The problem was that the sounds never stopped! Not even at 3:30 in the morning! Not everyone is as sensitive to noise as I am, but it really kept me awake!

The location and things around are very convenient. It has all the things that we needed. This is off the 75 and has Walmart, Taco, burgers, and many more.. within walking distance. This location is near two gas stations. Great hot breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage, fruits, yogurt and more. The room and facility are clean... Seems like it was recently renovated.

The lady that worked in the breakfast room was very rude. Two ladies came in, about 915 for some waffles and she told them she was taking it down to ckean it because people were just to messy, said She wondered if they did that at home, said she has been there for 7 years and the hotel did not appreciate the help. Said she had to do more than the others. My husband dropped one of the server spoons, he picked it up and laid it on counter by kitchen door she came running and wanted to know who dropped something.

The lady who took care of the breakfast was very friendly and did a very good job preparing the food and keeping it stocked. The gentleman that checked us in was extremely nice and helpful. The lady who checked us out was friendly. The housekeeping lady was extremely friendly and nice.

They were remodeling the front desk area so they didn't have anything but cereal in mini bowls. But everything else was great. Customer service was so nice an house keeping was amazing our rooms were so clean an beautiful. Would recommend to anyone the price wasn't bad at all , it was worth every penny.

I liked everything, great experience

The location was perfect, so close to the University of the Cumberlands. The cleanliness of the hotel was top notch. The person who checked me in was extremely nice and helpful with my questions. Will definitely stay there again.

I have nothing to complain about. My stay was very comfortable and stress free.

The location, the room, the shower, the bed, the tv, and the staff! I really enjoyed my stay it was easy to get to and easy to check in and the staff was very pleasant and very helpful especially Caleb he helped me get my tickets printed for the concert and my meet and greet with Ice Cube he went above and beyond and I truly appreciate him thank you Caleb!! And my stay was very nice the bed was very comfortable and it was a very nice ambience! And the shower was amazing! Everything was really nice and clean! And the view from the hotel is exquisite and very serene! I'm definitely going to come back I am from Kentucky but I've never been to Eastern Kentucky and it is very beautiful here so I'm definitely going to come back up and stay a little longer and explore my state more! And on my way home I did stop by the Cumberland Falls which was very convenient and easy to get to as well and it was very beautiful and I highly recommend!! So overall everything was great! Thank you to everyone at the Hampton Inn! Look forward to seeing you in the future!

The only thing that I can really think of is when I had to use the business center I had to use a Microsoft account and of course I don't use that account a lot so it was very hard for me to figure out my password, but Caleb from the front desk was there to help me and assist me and everything that I needed!!
